This cabin was beautiful and so peaceful, but only 10 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. We saw sooooo many bears from the decks and on our drives to and from the cabin. The cabin loft with the bunk beds and game area was perfect for my nephews (ages 11 and 15) and we loved the media room. The pool was deeper than we expected and the kids (and adults!) had a great time in it and the hot tub.

This cabin was fantastic. The pictures mirrored what the property actually was like. The game room was great, the beds were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were all as advertised. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

The Cabin was very clean and decorated beautifully. The only problem we had was the pool was not working properly and was not clean upon arrival. The water level was low below the skimmer and jets and there was dirt in the pool and toys in the skimmer. Our host responded very quickly trying to get the problem resolved. We had two pool maintenance men come out but they couldn’t fix the issue. Finally on the late afternoon of our last day it was fixed but temp still very cold. The property is great for a family or small group.

We do sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the pool during your stay. Unfortunately, the pool pump was experiencing mechanical issues, and while we worked closely with our pool vendors to troubleshoot and resolve the problem as quickly as possible, the necessary replacement part was not able to be obtained until the day of your departure. We understand how disappointing this was, especially when looking forward to enjoying the pool amenities during your vacation. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while our team and vendors worked to correct the issue, and we thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
