Welcome to Tahoe Timber & Tamarack by AvantStay! These two homes are right down the street from each other, with a combined total of 7 bedrooms (plus a loft bedroom), sleeping 20 guests—an ideal option for family trips or groups looking to spread out.
These two homes offer a prime location next to Homewood Mountain Resort, with unparalleled access to both the serene shores of Lake Tahoe and world-class slopes. Guests have full access to the Chamberlands Beach and Tennis, including the Chambers Pool (20-minute walk). There is also a wonderful lakeside restaurant and historic bar at Chambers Beach.
Tahoe Timber:
Welcome to Tahoe Timber, an expansive 4-bedroom mountain sanctuary. Step onto the deck, where a BBQ grill and al fresco dining area invite you to savor breathtaking mountain sunsets and lovely partial Lake Tahoe views. Relax in the living room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, cozy fireplace, and a large TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for at-home meals and snacks, with convenient grocery shopping just a 5-minute drive away. All four bedrooms at Tahoe Timber are located on the lower level. Your group can choose between a primary suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and two additional bedrooms with twin beds, ensuring every guest enjoys ultimate comfort.

Welcome to Tamarack. This newly remodeled classic A-Frame home in the heart of Chamberlands is a sight for sore eyes. The property offers a warm and cozy home base full of natural light and cabin style interiors. Vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, and four stories mean there’s plenty of space for your crew to spread out. The primary suite, located on the main level, opens up to a large deck complete with a grill and dining area that overlooks the backyard. With two separate living areas, large flat-screen TVs, and a sprawling deck, you’ll have everything you need for an unforgettable trip!

- Tamarack: This house uses an electric bear fence across doors and windows to deter bears that can be easily deactivated upon your arrival.
- Please note that during the winter months, all outdoor furniture, including the grills, will be unavailable.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
