Welcome to BlueHaven Tahoe, a spacious and higher-end mountain retreat for large groups. Ideal for family gatherings, corporate retreats, and reunions. Enjoy world-class hiking and biking within walking distance of the home, with easy access to skiing and beaches. The house features 7 bedrooms, three living areas with fire places, a pool table, foosball table, and a vaulted great room ceilings with huge windows. Each room has a TV, kids love the bunk rooms, Xbox, and game tables.
*The home sleeps up to 14 guests, plus additional children 5 years old and younger (for a total of 21 guests with the additional kids 5 years old and younger included), making this a perfect destination home for family groups, corporate retreats, and more.*

7 total bedrooms with a primary suite and two bunk rooms. All have high end mattresses with luxury bedding. There is also an extra room with a extra beds, not officially classified as a bedroom.
Bedroom 1 (upper / main level): Luxury master suite(upper / main level): has king bed, smart TV and bathroom with large jetted tub, custom walk in shower, and double vanity.
Bedroom 2 (upper / main level): Queen bed, with new smart HDTV
Bedroom 3 (middle level): King bed with new smart HDTV
Bedroom 4 (middle level): 2 twin over twin bunks, with new smart HDTV
Bedroom 5 (bottom level): Queen bed with new smart HDTV
Bedroom 6 (bottom level): twin over twin bunks
Bedroom 7 (bottom level): Queen bed with new smart HDTV
Additional sleeping room not classified as an official bedroom because of the size but there are two twin beds with new smart HDTV.

Hospitality is reflected in our home, and includes the following amenities:

* All sheets, and extra towels, and bedding provided
* Pump style shampoo, conditioner, body wash; soaps; lotion; trash bags; dishwasher detergent; and more provided
* Hot iron pressed sheets
* 3-sheet technique for clean bedding, every stay
* Iron and ironing board
* Washer and dryer (detergent is provided)
* Bear box for trash management
* Daily snow removal as needed during the winter
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* No more than 14 guests plus additional children 5 years old and younger are allowed.
* Per the local El Dorado County ordinance, noise must be kept respectful at all times, especially between the 10pm and 8am quiet period.
* 5 cars allowed - please reach out to us if you have more than 5 vehicles and need help with parking.
* Please put trash in bear boxes
* Pets are not allowed
* Surveillance: driveway, and door have surveillance systems. NoiseAware sensor exists inside home and outside patio to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). Learn more about this system by visiting Noise Aware's website.
* The hot tub is currently not permitted and not part of the listing.
We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party, this is not it. Please no celebratory parties like bachelor, bachelorette, etc. This is a family oriented, tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
