Sun Lakes is an active adult community just south of Chandler AZ.
It has 3 different Phases, our property is in the Cottonwood/Palo Verde area.
This home has 3-bedrooms all with attached baths, is perfect for your families or couples winter escape to Sun Lakes, AZ. Enjoy sunshine in style. Spring training, World Class Golf, Five star dining, Casinos and more all nearby. Easy access to freeways that go to the FUN spots of Gilbert, Scottsdale and Chandler.
This newly renovated exceptional location property offers resort amenities like, fitness center, swimming pools, golf, pickleball, tennis, bar and grill and more.
You will have a golf cart and pedal bikes to use in the community during your stay.
Enjoy the convenience of these amenities with the purchase of a renter card from the HOA. Long term guests (30 days or more) host pays renter card fees. One or more person in the group must be 40 yr+ to rent this property. Short term guests will have to go to HOA ( 5 minutes from this home) to fill out Renter form , show Photo ID and pay fee of $250 to HOA. This gets two cards, others in your group may join the card holders at any facility following renter guidelines. Wide quiet streets to walk or bike on, greenbelt areas to enjoy the beautiful AZ evenings.

3 bed, 3 bath works great for families enjoying the AZ sunshine escaping the winter cold from places up North. Active adult community, with Golf courses, range, swimming pools, pickleball, tennis, 2 pedal bikes , golf cart to use in the community. Nice wide streets to walk and bike on, green belt areas with walking paths. Close to freeways for visiting hot spots Like Gilbert, Scottsdale and Phoenix. 20 minutes south of Sky harbor Airport. Many places to see in AZ,
Couples or friends have 3 bedrooms with attached baths for privacy. Resort amenities require at least one person be 40yr+, and purchase Renter card from HOA. Host will pay renter card fee for those long term (30 nights + ) Others can join the renter card holder while using facilities.
