Check snow conditions and watch the gondola go by from your pillow at this sweet 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo at Fraser Crossing / Founder's Pointe. Adventure awaits with skiing, tubing, cross-country trails, shopping, and restaurants just outside the door.
The condo sleeps up to four and features all the modern conveniences needed to stay in and enjoy. Amenities include a gas fireplace, smart TV, washer/dryer, a spacious bathroom with a large tub, and a private outdoor deck. Park just feet away in the heated underground garage with private access right outside, where you will also find your ski locker. The shared deck upstairs features two brand-new hot tubs.

Potential for Noise: You may hear a train whistle during your stay from the Winter Park train station / train. Refunds will not apply due to expected train-related noise.
Parking Garage: The Town of Winter Park sets a winter and summer parking season which are subject to change at their discretion. Summer parking is FREE. Winter garage parking is approximately $24 per night and you are required to make this reservation directly with the parking garage. We will provide a link and discount code for you after booking this property. You will receive detailed parking garage instructions before arrival. Parking reservations can be cancelled if necessary. Use of the parking garage is required to book this unit as there is no other available parking.
Building Amenities (Amenities Deck - Hot Tubs, Grill Stations, etc.): Resort amenities are controlled and maintained by the Winter Park Resort. Mountain West Vacation Rentals has no control, nor can be held responsible for any closures or mechanical issues. Hours are set by the Resort and any after hours access will be considered a trespassing violation by the Resort with possible fines and/or removal from the premises without refund. There is no guard around the community hot tubs - use at your own risk.
Ski Locker: Your reservation includes a complimentary ski locker. Access information will be included in your check-in details. Skis and snowboards cannot be in the property or on patios/balconies, violations will incur penalty fees.
Bike / Bicycle Storage: Your reservation includes a complimentary bike storage in the parking garage. Access information will be included in your check-in details. Bikes / Bicycles cannot be in the property or on patios/balconies, violations will incur penalty fees.
Do not leave trash or recycling in the common areas or hallways of the building. There are clearly marked Trash Rooms in the building on each floor by the elevator. Any violations will incur a $100.00 fine for each occurrence will be the responsibility of the guest.
Winter Travel Advisory: Colorado's traction law requires 4WD/AWD during winter months. Snow can occur anytime—vehicles without proper traction may not reach the property. No refunds for weather-related travel issues. We recommend 3rd-party travel insurance for peace of mind. No refunds will be provided due to road / travel issues including road closures or mountain pass availability.

Wonderful Stay!
Wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located with everything we needed. Loved the easy access, cozy layout, and thoughtful touches throughout. An excellent place for a relaxing mountain getaway!

Great Spot!

Best location! Ground level entry!
This was a gem of a condo! The location to the gondola was a quick walk. The unit has a washer/dryer combo in the unit! We could hear the train but it was not an issue at all for us. We also enjoyed the very large soaking tub for our sore muscles after a long ski day! Of note, this unit does not have an oven. I missed that information when booking so it's my fault. I unfortunately was not able to cook some of the frozen goods I purchased. Overall we loved this condo and would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

My Stay at Winter Park Fraser Crossing
The condo was clean, comfortable, and rules were simple and straightforward. It was a short and convenient walk to the gondola and the village at the base. Parking was very convenient, in fact, my car was literally ten steps from the front door of my condo in underground parking. When I had a question or concern, Mountain West was responsive and followed through to make sure everything was satisfactory. A couple of small opportunities for improvement: Have a broom or vacuum available in the condo - it was hard not to track in mud and dirt. Have a waterhog mat inside the door or someplace to put wet boots so we don't track that into the apartment. Clean around the outside of the front door - lots of leaves and stuff, and the outdoor mat needs to be replaced. Last, and I may have missed it in an e-mail - a map of the facility would be helpful. I had a little bit of difficulty finding the condo - didn't realize it was an outside door, and the two levels of parking were not initially easy to follow. Thanks for an overall great stay.

The location was amazing! Super convenient for the slopes. The kitchen was stocked well enough for the simple meals we intended to cook while there. Unfortunately the washer/dryer was broken for the duration of our stay. There was another community laundry room on the property but it required you check on your laundry every 35 minutes. My family had a great vacation and really enjoyed staying here.
