Thank you for sharing this information. The day of check in management verified directly with you that you were able to get settled and did not have any needs at that time, and to contact management with questions. Upon notifying management of a leak 22 hours later, management responded immediately that it would be handled the following day, and at that time, there was no communication from you about a puddle on the floor, a dirty tub, any emergency to the situation, or any need to find another accommodation. Prior to your arrival the air handler valve was adjusted above the tub to rectify release of moisture in that area; dirt or marks from the technician’s shoes and step stool in the tub area were thoroughly cleaned in preparation for your arrival. We have a photograph of the dirty tub from the technician and a video of the thoroughly cleaned and prepared condominium. There was no tar in the tub. We have no record of communication from you for your need to go to another location to shower, and we have no record of request for special accommodation for any inconveniences you experienced. There are three ways to contact the manager and owner during a stay at any time, and communication from you was limited. Thank you for letting us know about the leak; the valve was adjusted after your stay. Also, the condominium rules clearly state that trash is to be taken to the dumpster and you did not remove the trash from the unit to the dumpster.
