¡Relájate en la playa! Relájese en la brisa de la playa en el balcón de este encantador condominio de tercer piso que contempla un amanecer sobre la playa y el Golfo. Disfrute de estas mismas hermosas vistas desde todas las ventanas dentro del condominio, incluso relajándose en la cama. Esta unidad es más adecuada para una pareja o una familia pequeña, ya que es un estudio de tamaño eficiente.

Las camas incluyen una cama King size y un sofá cama Queen. Este estudio tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, que incluye una nevera grande.

La playa está a solo una cuadra de distancia y muy cerca de la arena y el surf. Si lo prefiere, disfrute de la piscina, el jacuzzi y el centro de ejercicios las 24 horas. The property was very nice and very well kept. The condo was very nice. Only thing I could complain about is there's no elevator as we were on the 3rd floor. Our contact person (Gabby) was very accommodating and so nice.

Beach time

Let me start by saying how helpful laura and gaby are, their communication and patience were a blessing. The accommodations were as described, we had a wonderful time and would happily use them again, the beachclub is a perfect destination.....Thnks laura and gaby.

Dirty tub/ leak in bathroom roof from AC.

Puddle on the floor in the bathroom. Tub was very dirty with a black tar substance and sand. We showered at a hotel down the road. No refund or accommodation once we notified property management.

Very Good

Our stay was very enjoyable. The property is located on the third floor, very clean and cozy. The king bed is comfortable, perfect for a couple looking to get away from their daily routine and relax. The property is 10 minutes from the beach. The pool area is well-equipped for grilling. If you have children, it's ideal; you'll find many families there. Communication with the owner was very good, and she responded quickly. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location to the beach

This is a great location to walk to the beach. I have stayed in other locations in North Padre, but if you can avoid having to buy a pass for your vehicle, required at most spots, you should do it. The walk to the beach from the condo was 5 minutes. The condo was a top floor unit, meaning up two flights up There are three floors including the ground floor, so this one is just up two. No problems with the stairs and nobody above you. Very quiet unit, freezing cold AC so do not set it too low, even in summer. If you tire of the beach, very nice pool in the complex. The unit is as described, a studio, but large king bed and fold out sofa. No issues with appliances and unit well equipped with vacuum cleaner and brooms. I will definitely come back to this condo in the future. Unit very clean upon arrival. Parking just outside of the building, assigned parking spot near door.

Weekend Getaway

The condo was just as advertised. Very clean, kitchen stocked well and nice view from the balcony. The only issue we had was the water in the bathroom sink had no pressure.

Wonderful Stay

This was a lovely condo, beautifully decorated with a bit of an actual view of the beach. The owner made the check-in/check-out process very simple. The description of the condo is accurate. You can definitely get your heart rate up climbing the stairs but the stay is worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing beach weekend

Much needed weekend getaway. Communication from Laura and Gaby was excellent! They even arranged an arrival surprise. Highly recommend staying here.

Almost fun getaway.

The size of condo (studio), was a bit on the small side. The parking was a nightmare since there was construction on the site of the condo and had to park two and a half buildings away and walk. It was hit or miss finding a parking stall that was not reserved. Toilet paper was also an issue. When we arrived late Friday evening I used the bathroom and saw that there was just a few sheets of tissue paper left. I thought there’s gotta be some more under the sink or in the linen closet. I was wrong. Had to make a trip to the Padre store to buy some more. A bit of an inconvenience but better than nothing. On another note the flight of stairs was some thing else to consider. I should have done some more research. Vrbo Laura Hein was very helpful and so was her assistant Gaby.

Perfect Getaway

Super clean and fresh studio apartment with lots of nearby activities. Great views of the water from the top floor balcony. It’s a perfect location away from the Port A crowds.

Clean & cozy!

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us! This has been the cleanest rental that we have stayed in on the island. It is so cozy & the location is PERFECT! We brought our UTV and there was room to park the truck and trailer. Gabby was easy to get ahold of and very helpful! We will absolutely stay in this rental again!

Perfect Size/Location

Condo was prefect size for a small group weekend getaway (no more than 3). There was no cable or internet due to a power outage and that was a bit inconvenient, but otherwise the stay was great!

Great but..

Everything was great except for there are no curtains on the windows only blinds, and there are street lamps right outside so it lights up the whole condo which made it very difficult to sleep. We ended up putting up towels over the blinds in the bedroom area to help block out the light. Also the air conditioner is set on a schedule which means that at like 2in the morning it adjust the temp up way higher than our normal comfortable temp... Which would wake us up and we would have to go turn it down. Other than that great place to stay. And the owners were wonderful.

Enjoyed our stay

We had some weird outages but they were restored quickly. Must have been something going on down the street as there was a lot of construction going on in the city anyway. A couple of the outlets by the bed didn’t work but we thought it had to do with the outages. Great location. Great price. Had everything we needed and then some. Loved that dishes etc were provided even though we didn’t use them. LOVED the fact that we could control the air conditioner. We are from the north and without that extra bit, we would surely have been miserable. Owner was great! We would stay again and would recommend to friends.

Cute condo, great AC and amazing bed. Could have used an elevator. We are in our 60s and assigned the 3rd floor, ouch!
