We are from Pittsburgh, PA and love to spend our summers as a family on Lake Erie! There is something special about a slow, laid-back vacation - laying on the beach, eating ice-cream, and watching the sunset.

This property has wonderful lake views - perfect for catching gorgeous sunsets. There is no lake access for this property but plenty of space to bring your boat for that famed LAKE ERIE WALLEYE fishing. Boat launch at Lake Shore Park just 5 minutes away. Just a short 10 minute drive to the Ashtabula Bridge street shopping and Walnut Beach in one direction and Conneaut Township Beach and Marina in the other. 25 minutes to Geneva on the Lake and Geneva State Park beach.

The cottage has a 1950s vibe without the musty furniture! Its a classic throwback to vacations of the past but equipped for modern day comforts. The lot is extra large with plenty of grassy area for families to spread out.
