We had a great time! The beach is so close and the pool was amazing. Great communication, easy check in and check out. Kitchen is well stocked. View is a little obstructed from growth but we expected that. We did mop the floors because socks got dirty our first day and we didn’t want to wear sandy shoes inside.

We had a great time. The condo was a nice size and had a great view of the bay. It was well furnished. We were able to sit on the deck and watch the ships go by. It was a good location out of the main downtown area so it was easy to come and go and get to restaurants. When we wanted to go into town, parking was plentiful and close to the action. We were able to pop into Savannah quickly from our end of the island. We went to the Crab Shack, Maggie McGuires, Sundae's and the Breakfast Club. All were good food and beach atmospheres. There is a wood walkway to the beach and easy access to the smaller quieter pool. We could see the larger pool, but never got over there. It is larger with more amenities but we were looking for the quiet side. Downtown there is plenty of parking and access to the ocean side. We talked to several people that were returning visitors to the building and were all very complimentary.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! Lloyd and Cathy definitely earned their status as super hosts. They were so responsive and proactive in insuring our stay was the best it could be. The condo was amazingly stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals every day. The 3 bedrooms with king beds really made the condo seem spacious. Like others have said the view wasn't perfect because of the brush that blocks the water but having the boardwalk right next to our condo to the water made up for that. You could still see cargo ships riding by and the back porch was so nice with high chairs. I would definitely recommend this condo to others wanting some time away in a clean and well appointed condo. Thanks Lloyd and Cathy.

This was a wonderful condo. With the 3 bedroom there was room for all. Everything was there that we needed to enjoy our family reunion. The owner was gracious and communicated with us to make sure everything worked out right. Beautiful view from the balcony and enjoyed watching the dolphins and ships go by.

Really enjoyed our stay! The host was awesome, the condo was cleaned and furnished with everything we needed. The condo was just as advertised. We were able to sit on the balcony and see the dolphins, which we were a little concerned about being able to see them with the trees there but we were in fact able to see them. We enjoyed watching the big shrimp boat that parked in front of the condo each night. The easy beach and pool access was amazing! We would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay. The proximity to the beach was amazing and perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything needed for family dinners and the beds were comfortable. We hope to visit again!

Excellent stay with just a few notes - communication was plentiful and clear - condo was very clean and very well stocked for our relatively short (4 night) stay - great location with very uncrowded local beach while being minutes from anywhere else on the island - good beach access via the central walkway - side gate to public access path bit difficult to use, but that access has no fresh water wash anyway - be sure to review the photos from the balcony carefully to be sure you'll be ok with the water (vs beach) view - main air handling unit for the condo is separated from the master bedroom by only a louvered bi-fold door, not loud per se, but noticable as it cycles on/off

We stayed here for a honeymoon. We absolutely loved our stay here! From the beautiful condo with all the upscale details with comfortable beds, watching the cargo ships go past and the dolphins jump in the water. The beautiful beach and the calm waves were amazing! The owners of the condo we’re so wonderful. We can’t wait to stay here next year!

What a lovely condo right on the beach! The unit was very comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 5. The unit even provided beach towels, tennis rackets, and great attention to detail. Easy check in and check out. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!

We had a very relaxing stay in this lovely condo over New Year’s Eve. We were so comfortable, and the property was immaculate. We had walks on the beautiful beach, lots of good food (great recommendations from hosts), enjoyed a dolphin tour, the lighthouse, and Fort Pulaski! Would definitely rent again!

The condo had everything needed to make our 5 week stay comfortable. Communication with Lloyd and Cathy was great. Keeping us updated about an elevator issue. The view was nice but a bit obstructed by foliage. We would come back again!

Great place on Tybee

A true gem, with the beach only steps away into the channel and only minutes from anywhere on the island this is a great place to stay if Tybee is on your list. The condo is beautiful and well kept with great communication from the property owners/management.

Very large and comfortable condo, well stocked ans clean. Every bedroom had king sized beds and all were comfy. The hosts were great, available and responsive to my texts and calls. Would recommend to anyone looking for a roomy condo, on the beach, for large family.

we liked it alot … it seemed to be one of the nicer places around … and just a short drive to Savannah … the beach wasn’t crowded at all, either … we will be back!

The condo exceeded our expectations: Very clean, comfortable!, steps from the beach, very easy to check in and out. The kitchen is totaly furnished, cabinets completely stocked. The master bedroom and bath are terrific; the other two bedroom are equally comfortable.

As manager for this condo, I am on call anytime during your stay. If you have questions, need directions or want to know what to do on the Island, you can call me. We were locals on Tybee for many years and we still visit frequently. It's an eclectic place that grabs your soul. We frequent the more casual dining spots on the Island including Huc-a-poos (pizza, mack daddy nachos, and a great house salad are our favorites and it's walking distance), Sunrise Restaurant (best Southern breakfast with excellent grits and a buffet on the weekends). The Breakfast Club offers a upscale breakfast menu in a eclectic setting. The North Beach Grill has great crab cakes. Sundae Cafe and Wind Rose Cafe both have daily lunch specials. The local bar, the Quarter, has the best burger on the island.

If you love vacationing at the beach, you'll love this beachfront Bay View Villa Condo at Savannah Beach & Racquet Club. The complex is gated, so you must have the gate code to enter (provided in your arrival instructions). There are 2 swimming pools, and tennis and pickle ball courts for guests at Bay View Villas. The beach is a 1-minute walk away over the boardwalk. This condo is an end- unit with more windows than the interior units. The side windows look out on a nature preserve so it is private.

This is a nice upscale beachfront unit with beautiful water views. Relax and enjoy spectacular scenes of the entry to the Savannah River and watch as playful dolphins frolic in the bay. Great cargo ships pass daily in route to and from the Port of Savannah. Shrimping trawlers are frequently seen trolling the water in search of fresh catch. Fantastic panoramic views of Hilton Head and Daufuskie Island can be seen in the distance. The condo is newly decorated with nice furnishings, a new kitchen last year, 4 flat screen cable TV's, a king pillow-top mattress on the 4-poster bed in the master bedroom with a great water view, a king bed in bedroom 2, a king bed in bedroom 3, and a double sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is completely stocked including pots, pans and cookware. Wi-Fi is free (password secured). A washer and dryer is in the separate laundry room. Parking is also free.
