Pack up the family for a relaxing Palm Springs getaway! Spend the day swimming or floating in the saltwater pool (heated for a fee), or lounging around the large back yard. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped for creating spectacular meals, just as if you were at home. The desert evenings are perfect for gathering around the glass fire table with your favorite beverage or soaking in the spa (heated for a fee) under the stars.

Please note this is a residential noise sensitive community, and we want to ensure all our guests will follow the city ordinances. We will provide the city ordinances at the time of booking and again at the time of check in.

Bring the family to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway where you will ascend up Mt. San Jacinto to over 8,000 feet to experience spectacular views of the Coachella Valley, just under seven miles away. If you crave nature, head to Indian Canyons hiking trails (just under 8 miles away) and hike through rocky terrain to end at majestic waterfalls. Just over four miles away is Downtown Palm Springs for endless shopping, dining, and nightlife. Golfers will love being less than two miles from the Escena Golf Club.

The home was lovely and had almost everything we could need. The pool was absolutely fantastic, and we were pleasantly surprised that we could turn on the spa and get it hot within minutes.

3 couples with long weekend vacation! Perfect. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Outdoor area was perfect for coffee and late evening hang outs. We chose not to heat the pool but wished we would have.

Palm Springs Spring Break

Stayed 4 nights at the beginning of April. Super windy weather made the backyard patio furniture dusty and swimming not as enjoyable as we would have liked. Not at the fault of the owner at all. The inside of the home was tastefully decorated. Although we didn’t do any cooking while on vacation, the kitchen appeared to be well stocked and the coffee maker was appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Average neighborhood. Downtown Palm Springs was approx 11 minute drive. Thank you for the stay!

Beautiful house

Cozy house. The only issue is rental uses vacasa as a property manager which felt sketchy because it requires me to now communicate outside of the VRBO space. I use VRBO for a reason and would prefer all of my information and interactions to stay on VRBO for safe and clear communication.

Get away

House and property was exactly as described. I had trouble with the lockbox and the management company was helpful! Gained access to the home and a property maintenance person replaced the lockbox. The home had plenty of towels, toilet paper and everything you would need in the kitchen. The pool and patio area were beautiful and we enjoyed the outdoor living space every day.

February stay

Nice place, good location, nice kitchen,. I side clean. Need to clean outside furniture - sand/dirt. Pool policy is bad. Don't understand if allow someone with a three day stay to heat thr pool/spa, why someone staying longer can just use for three days at a time. Also no option to heat spa only. Required to do both pool and spa.

Fun filled trip to Palm Springs 2024

Peaceful Palms was nicer than what we saw online!! The kitchen is amazing. The pool and backyard is like a resort, a very quiet neighborhood, our young grandkids were basically the only noise we heard. We paid extra to have the pool heated, well worth the cost! We were there in April for the kids spring break. The first few days were in the 70’s with the typical wind. Having a warm pool kept everyone happy. The TV’s are all smart TV’s which was nice. They don’t have any cable TV which we did miss. There are TV’s in all 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are both updated and very nice. We would highly recommend Peaceful Palms to our friends and family.

A true Desert getaway

We chose this property mainly for the pool size and grass area. We were not disappointed. Met most of our expectations. House is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, dishes, pots, pans, bakeware, bath towels, pool towels. Couldn't be better. Reason I didn't give a 5 star review was an ant problem. Went to sit on the couch, on our first evening there and ants were crawling on couch. Cleaning was not thorough enough and were crumbs under cushions and carpet. We called property manager and they offered to come next day. We decided to just vacuum and clean it ourselves. The area rugs too were not vacuumed well or at all, especially bathrooms. Living room rug had crumbs wich also brought on the ant problem. I do have to mention management handled our cleaning problem as we hoped and happy with outcome. Lastly, 2 minor things, kitchen has coffee maker with filters vs keurig, and "pool spa" has a heating option before check in but, take note, no jets available. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun in the sun

The kitchen and back yard cannot be beat. the living room furniture is uncomfortable and should probably be replaced soon. beds are comfortable. The only real negative is that the Property Management company uses a lockbox that is OLD and very hard to use. the guy came to open it for us and he had to squeeze the top of the box tight before entering the code so it would open. It was ridiculous. We had to leave the house at 5am to head to the airport and there is no lighting around the lock box so I was in the dark trying to mess with something that Houdini couldn't get into. A keyless entry system isn't that expensive and should be used in place of the antiquated lockbox system. We also went to the office about 2pm to try to get early check in and were told the house was still being cleaned. we went directly to the house (about 5 minutes away) and there was nobody there cleaning. They should be honest if they don't allow early check in. HOWEVER, with the exception of Vacasa, the house was fantastic and I would recommend to my friends with a few cautionary things to be aware of.

Loved the location and the pool! We paid to have the pool heated, but they delivered…it was great! We biked on the CV Link trail which was only a couple of blocks away. Hosts were very responsive! We would love to go back!

Thanksgiving Holiday Escape

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and found the home was complete with everything we needed to cook and relax for the holiday weekend. The backyard is a 5 star feature of the property. The pool and spa are perfect and the grass areas were perfect for playing with our dog. The location was close to town and everywhere we wanted to go.

Nice home, but as we arrived a little dirty outside. There was a construction site right next door, which was noisy. But all in all, we had a good time.

Absolutely Loved the backyard setup and pool!

Family of four from San Francisco we definitely enjoyed the warm weather, pool and landscape lighting in the evening. We enjoyed spending a lot of our time in the open kitchen when not outside in the pool. The A/C works great 👍

Kids loved it and the property was dog friendly 🐾

We had a great time here. There were a number of power outages, (over 5 or more that I can recall) not the property managers fault though. They were quick to respond and kept us very well updated with the city. Just became more of a nuisance while cooking or trying to sleep with the air conditioner off during the summer months. Other then that, we throughly enjoyed our stay. It did state that there were inflatables for the pool and even labels for them, but there were none. Had to request the spa remote control because it was locked up even though it stated the spa use was included.
