Adjacent to the Movie Colony and close to downtown, this amazing home features over 2,800 square feet of beautifully designed living space.
3 spacious bedrooms with in-suite baths. 2 with views of the amazing San Jacinto mountains. The Master bedroom overlooks the pool/spa area with 2 points of access.
Oversized fully equipped gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook that opens up to a covered patio with a built-in gas BBQ grill and large table for entertaining. The dining room contains a nice wetbar with sink and most necessary amenities for making cocktails.
The kitchen and den areas each contain built-in workstation including dual monitors, docking stations, printer, and a shredder. High speed internet throughout the house with Google boosters to help reliability around the property.
Open access to the backyard pool and Jacuzzi in the private furnished patio where you'll love lounging for reading time or happy hour or simply to watch your favorite TV shows/movies in the outdoor television.

This is a very quiet with nice homes and safe neighborhood. Very centrally located to freeways, downtown, airport and all the amenities. We picked this area for all the above reason plus the fact that all the neighbors are very very nice and friendly.

This property is located in one of the best areas in Palm Springs and about 1.5 miles to downtown; so either a 5 min drive by car or a nice walk. It's in a cul-de-sac community with no access to moving traffic or noise and with relatively new construction and amenities. The house is in pristine condition and always kept immaculately clean.
