Our original booking had Air Conditioning problems the day before our arrival that would be fixed a few days into our stay but it was at the beach and quite hot. We were quickly offered the house next door. All went smoothly and communication with the host was fast and efficient. We were pleased with the new accommodations and had a wonderful time Thank you!

It was helpful that we had parking off the street and covered. The unit was clean and well stocked. It was helpful that we were within walking distance to the beach. The on site washer and dryer was helpful. It was helpful that that bedsheets were washed with a mild detergent. When the host was messaged, I got a quick reply. It has a fair view of the beach.

Great location walkable to everything you need in Folly. Very clean spacious condo. We had a checkout hiccup at the end that was resolved quickly with great communication. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was amazing. It was clean and beautiful. There was an elevator for my mom. There were shopping carts to carry up luggage. 5 mins from the county park.When I messages the manager I got a message back within minutes. Great place to visit.

This place was a great location to food and beach. Home was nice and clean. The food options were awesome in the area. There was live music and nightlife within walking of the condo. Would definitely stay again.

This was an amazing space for gamily of four with two little kids. The location to the beach, shopping and restaurants was perfect. A lot of space inside and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive with questions ahead of time and during our stay. I would suggest bringing plastic cups/plates if you have little kids. I would come rent this place again!

We chose this property for a mother/daughter weekend getaway. The pictures matched it exactly; welcoming, colorful, clean and bright and easily accessible per steps or elevator. The BEST location in relation to onsite parking, access to beach and walkable to several restaurants/bars. The back master bed is high to get into, but front room bed is normal height. Nice views of beach from first and second floor balconies. Everything we needed was there. Aside from previous guests leaving sand on toys in closet, this place was perfect! We recommend this lovely condo highly and plan to bring the boys next time!

Also had very easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay in folly as always. Great places to eat and stay at.

Everything was clean!!! The location was right by the beach. Restaurants and the Folly Beach Fishing Pier were a block or 2 away. The other places we planned to visit were within 10-15 miles. We will definitely stay here again.
