The Space:
This condo in Pier Pointe Villas is steps from the beach (around 100 yards) and pier, making it the perfect retreat for a beach getaway! It has two separate covered decks; one off the living room and one off of the master bedroom on the second floor, both offering marvelous partial ocean and beach views. This is the only two-story condo in Pier Pointe Villas that gives you added privacy and separation from the living area and bedrooms. It also offers guests convenient access to the beach and even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after spending the day at the beach.

What’s nearby:
This condo is located less than a block from Center Street and an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars. Sign up for surfing or paddleboard lessons at one of the various rental companies on the island. You'll be half a mile from downtown Folly Beach, a city known of its many beach activities such as swimming, surfing, fishing, beachcombing, and boating. A short 11.5-mile drive will take you to historic downtown Charleston where you can enjoy shopping and fine dining. If you decide to visit Charleston, you must visit The Battery, a stretch along the city’s southern tip, which features a row of Southern-style mansions.

Everything was clean!!! The location was right by the beach. Restaurants and the Folly Beach Fishing Pier were a block or 2 away. The other places we planned to visit were within 10-15 miles. We will definitely stay here again.

Condo was very clean. It’s spacious and suited my family of 5 very well. Great location. Beautiful ocean view. Appliances work well and property manager was responsive in a timely manner. Great stay.

Great Beach condo

Our first trip to Folly's beach. This property was great. Perfect location. Walk across the street to the beach. Restaurants are only a block or so away. It has all the annemeties we would expect. We even got a nice surprise as they had beach toys and chairs for us to use. We will definitely be renting here again

Nice Location and Condo

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Both of the balconies were nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The upstairs balcony had a better view of the ocean. The location was perfect for walking downtown or to the beach and pier.

Updating

It would be more comfortable to have newer furniture. Seemed to be a little worn. The master bedroom and bath was great! There were a few minor issues the worst being the heat ventOver the bunk beads. It was too hotMost of the time to sleep there because it was broken. Overall it was a great place though.

Love this condo!

Love the location of the condo. It’s across from the beach and pier. We walked to shopping and Resturants. The condo was spacious for 6 people. We will be back!

The property was very nice. Location was amazing. All of the shops and restaurants were amazingly close. Very walkable and safe. The inside of the unit was clean and had plenty of space. The interior was a bit dated but clean. The unit gets a little hot at night and they have a rule not to set the thermostat below 72. That was probably the only negative. The rental company was very easy to work with. Overall a very good experience. I would stay there again.

Condo is “worn” and would benefit with a fresh coat of paint to make it appear less tired. Living room furniture is older, and not comfortable. Beds could also use new pillows and mattresses. Even though it needs some TLC, spruce up, I would stay here again. Condo has a great layout. Perfect location to beach and Center street shops and Restaurants. Charleston is a easy 20 minute drive The Rental company was really nice to work with

Really close to everything, has all the equipment needed, enjoyed our stay. Would have been nice to know where the faucet to rinse sandy feet was :)

Great unit and perfect location

We spent 2 weeks at the condo with our college age children and had a great time. The location was perfect - across the street from the beach and close enough to Center Street to walk to the restaurants and shops yet far enough not to hear any noise. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again.

Family trip

Property was nice good location. However, it would have been nice if the management company had let me know. There was major construction going on in the building right beside us? This wasn't issue all week as they started work at seven am every morning and continued all day. Therefore we were all waking up super early every day of our vacation as well as the infant we had with us could not get good naps during the day. Due to the constant banging and drilling and pressure washing. We would have definitely moved our reservation to another location had we known. I did contact management and they just told " yes they start early every day"

Great Location

We come to Folly every year for the Flip Flop Drop and this condo was in the perfect spot. It was a quick walk to Center Street, shops, and the NYE excitement. Being 2 story, it was plenty of space for our group to hang together while also having separate spaces to chill and decompress. Would definitely book here again!

Great stay!

Check in process was very easy when we arrived. The apartment was extremely clean & we felt right at home. The location was amazing if you plan to eat out and hang downtown Folly! Would stay here again for sure.
