Great place in Folly. House is right off the beach and we loved waking up to looking right at the ocean sunrise. Loved the zen bohemian feel which adds to the character unlike some of these cookie cutter beach houses we have rented before. House was very clean which pleased my wife because she pays attention to these things. Hot tub was private and a nice place for all 5 of use to wind down at the end of the day. Definitely recommend John’s place. He even gave us great recommendations on where to eat and sightseeing spots.

House was Ok but house needs a bit of TLC to make it "Luxurious" again. Water stains in on ceilings, several light bulbs out, bath fans not working, shower needs repaired and leaking shower head, stained furniture, hot tub cover rough.Good location and things worked, luxuriously (lots of art work). Good place, good location, host communicated well just needs aome work to bring it back to a "Luxury" place.

We loved our time at Folly Beach. The house was clean and stocked. We did have to contact the owner to have the hot tub cleaned, but he came right out and did a great job and we were able to enjoy some time in the tub too. There are quite a few stairs, just in case someone has problems climbing them. Love the walks on the beach!

Great Family Vacay

We enjoyed this condo. Plenty of space for my husband and our adult kids. 3 bathrooms is key! Location is perfect and easy to walk back from the beach for lunch, no need to pack up a big day cooler. Also, easy walk to the restaurants and shops.

The location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything on Center St. and right across the street from the beach. We loved sitting on the second floor balcony and watching the waves on the beach.The beds were comfortable and the unit has everything you need. When we return to Folly Beach, we will stay here!

This property has a great location, just a few steps from the beach. It was clean, and the host was very responsive. The entire property was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We will be back!

Great property, right by the beach, as advertised! Hot tub temp was perfect. A few extra beach toys were there, a pleasant surprise. Only negative was that the cue ball had a chip in it. Easy to overcome. Host was responsive. Our family of 5 would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Apartment was fantastic, hip vibe. Adult kids loved the pool table. Had a great time. Didn’t get to use the hot tub, next time maybe?

Excellent location steps from the beach and 2 blocks from "downtown" Folly Island. Beautiful decor, beds were excellent, very clean. Owner was very nice and came out immediately when we texted the hot tub water level was low. Very nice owner who gave great ideas for places to go on Folly Island. This is a great location if you want to be within walking distance of the pier and restaurants. Wonderful enclosed seating area/deck and top deck was great for enjoying the view of the beach. Hot tub was wonderful and very clean. There were sand chairs and beach umbrellas available, but they showed some wear, so if there was one improvement I would say to replace those. Otherwise, I highly recommend!

A Wonderful Getaway!

Such a wonderful getaway with great proximity to the water! Comfy beds, enclosed back patio overlooking the water to enjoy a cup of coffee at, and who doesn’t enjoy a hot tub at the end of the day? Very much enjoyable and relaxing!

Great location and amenities in Folly Beach

Great family trip to Folly Beach! The house was in a perfect location: steps to the beach and walking distance to shopping/restaurants. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table and had plenty of room for the whole family. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

Very nice property within yards of the beach and close to the main strip. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The master suite was especially nice! The kids loved the hot tub.

Great Property with beach

The place was very nice and clean (seemed to be recently renovated). Access to the beach was very close. We rented chairs & umbrellas, which were set up almost across the street, easy walk. Worth every penny.

Great spot

Love this property! Stellar location, comfy beds, super spacious. The comments about the dark stairway - we just turned the lights on so it wasn't an issue. Favorite spots were the main floor enclosed porch and the upstairs outdoor patio. Easy walking distance to all things Folly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great views

This townhouse hits some key things on our list: comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, seaside porch, steps to beach. We loved eating in the sunroom and walking just across the small street to the beach. The rooms need a thorough dusting (furniture, nooks and crannies, etc), and I wished for a door on the en suite bathroom (rather than beaded curtain) but other than that it was great! Walkable to shops, restaurants, and pier. Host was very responsive with answering questions.

Great place...so close to the beach ❤️

Not great for elderly but perfect for a family or friends gathering. Only "issue" was master bedroom shower wasn't working. Other than that it was perfect
