The Space:
Enjoy views of the 18th fairway of Crooked Oaks Golf Course from this sunny villa. Relax on the private deck after a fun day at the beach. This villa is set on the end of the building and is perfect for families seeking space and staying connected to fun amenities.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives guests access (for a fee) to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes, and a library. Dining and shopping at Freshfields Village is less than five miles away. This home is less than half a mile from St. Christopher Camp and Conference Center. Fine dining and local historic tours are a 23-mile drive away in downtown Charleston.

A Seabrook Island Amenity Card is available with this property for a daily fee, providing access to your entire party to a range of resort amenities, some of which may have additional charges. Fees are lower during the off-season (Nov-Feb). When you book a reservation with us, we will send you the information on how to obtain the card, as it is purchased directly through Seabrook Island. The card must be ordered in advance to your stay.

Not Ideal

The location was excellent, but the property is in need of a refresh. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. The dishwasher was basically useless and we had to hand wash almost everything. There were numerous roaches. There was a delay with check in due to the cleaning crew and we had to wait over an hour in our car with groceries.

January stay

The location is great but the carpets are very dirty. We contacted the rental company and sent photos of the stained carpets upon our arrival. The rental company said they would send someone to look at the carpets after our stay. They did not offer to look at the carpets or clean the carpets while we were in the house. The location is right across from the beach.

Great space

Great space for a small group - loved the layout of the condo and the location was an easy walk to the beach. Property management was super responsive when we asked for better towels, new batteries for the remote and dish towels. Very clean property!

This was a great spot for a family with a toddler. Quick walk to the beach! Rental was very clean and perfect for our trip.

Great for weekend stay

Condo is nice. Good location. Seabrook is great. Sound of air conditioner powering on and off might be a concern if you’re staying for more than a few days. It’s a very prominent noise if you’re sleeping downstairs.

Great Community

Loved biking around. Close to beach and pool. Over all we had a nice stay. Palmetto bug in our bedroom was only negative. Would be interested in coming back.

Great location for family time away!

Great place for a get away with the family. We had all the amenities right here on the property, beach, pool, grill, outside sun! The only complaint, when we arrived( which was 2 hrs later than check in) housekeeping had also just arrived, so we had to wait an 1 1/2 for her to clean. She had no mask on. We had to ask her to clean the gas grill and have the empty tank replaced, and the dishwasher was also broken. After numerous attempts of trying to reach someone, the housekeeper explained the pervious housekeeper had an emergency. I had to also clean the entire house over, it was not cleaned very well because she was rushing so we could settle in after a 4 hour drive. The housekeeper finally called her manager on her phone, whom I was able to talk too, but had no remedy for the trouble and issues my family and I had to go through. When I finally reached the property manager, and explained the situation, she reminded me of my check outtake and said there wasn’t anything she could do since everything was paid for. I asked if we could stay a little longer, since our check in was cut short, she said no. I am just getting to this review because I was so upset with the service, I would have written something not so nice. However, besides all the issues, it is really a great place and we did enjoy the remainder of our time.

Comfortable beach house

Great location on Seabrook Island; close beach access. Beautiful view out windows of lagoon & golf course. House well stocked with supplies. Would rent this house again!

Amazing location right across from beach access

This is a great 2 bedroom family spot right across from beach access 9. It was really easy to load up our cart and head of to the beach for the day, come home, and reload with wood for bonfires at the beach at night. I would highly recommend heading to the beach for the sunset and having a bonfire. Also only a few blocks to the golf course and club pool if you are interested in either of those. I also would recommend renting bikes from alligator bikes and biking around the island, to see the equestrian center, and even up to Harris Teeter for provisions. Alligator will drop off and pick up the bikes and it’s a pretty seamless process. You can purchase the amenity pass for $15/day which gives you access to the lake house but we wound up finding enough things to do and never used it. The only downside is this property is run by a rental company that isn’t overly responsive in the VRBO message app. We tried to see if we could push our check out back a hour the day before we left and never heard back. However, property and location are fantastic and would highly recommend.

beautiful island and great location on island

It is an easy walk to the beach. Beautiful view of the golf course and lagoon from the main room. We enjoyed seeing the sunset at the beach and the dolphins.

Close to everything

Nice property that is close to everything. Seabrook Island is our favorite place to stay when we are in the Charleston, SC area. The beaches are wonderful and it is a nice and friendly community.

Location is prime

5 minutes to beach!!! The location was prime which made up for a few mishaps. Upon arrival there was a broken step that my son almost fell down. House was clean, but spotted a cockroach in the house. Tried to contact management at beginning of stay about broken step and never heard back.

Great Vacation Villa

Great setup for a family. Everything we needed was right where you would expect. There was a rotted out step that broke off during our stay but I'm sure it was fixed asap.

Outstanding

This condo is perfect. Very bright and clean. Short walk to the beach and a beautiful view of the golf course. Management was responsive and we had no issues with our rental. Sea Brook is charming and safe. My family has fallen in love with this island. We will definitely be back. I would absolutely rent this unit again.
