Inside, you’ll find tasteful, beachy decor and a living space spread over two levels. Hardwood floors throughout, fresh paint, lots of updates, and modern furnishings, will make you feel at home in no time. The upstairs kitchen was recently updated with new cabinets, quartz counters and an open floor plan.

Two full kitchens boast all the appliances and counter space you need to cook up a feast - or just a snack for the beach. Two dining areas, two living areas, and five bedrooms round out your indoor space - but with a location steps from the beach, you’ll probably spend most of your time on the sand. At the end of the day step out to one of many nearby restaurants on Center Street, less than a block away or head to Loggerheads next door. Enjoy some time in the cozy den, complete with a comfortable day bed for lounging or extra sleeping space. Relax in the air-conditioning at the end of the night while you upload the day’s pics, and get ready for another fantastic beach day tomorrow. There is a small office area with a desk if someone needs privacy to get some work done.

There is a fenced rear yard with a picnic table and chairs available for guests - ideal for corn hole, frisbee, or kid's play. There is also an outside shower to rinse off or shower after a day on the beach.
