Situated in the gated Mariners Cay community, this waterfront retreat is a welcome low-country escape with a screened patio overlooking Folly River and the marina. As a part of the Mariners Cay community, enjoy access to a seasonal Olympic-size pool and tennis courts. Fire up the charcoal grills in the grilling area for a cookout. Walk just a short distance from your door to catch a glimpse of dolphins as they swim up to the marina. With Folly Beach just half a mile from your front door, you'll be relaxing by the ocean in no time. Just a couple minutes' drive from your vacation rental, Folly Beach's pristine shores are ideal for kayaking, surfing, and boating. Folly Beach Pier is considered one of the best spots for saltwater fishing in Charleston. Center Street offers delicious seafood, souvenir shops, and a buzzing nightlife scene. Eleven miles away, experience the authentic Southern charm of downtown Charleston, where swaying palm trees meet stunning Colonial architecture.



Make yourself at home in the inviting living room, furnished with a queen sofa bed. Stream your favorite shows on the 42' smart TV. We had an incredible time! The location was so convenient to the beach and shops! The condo was well stocked with anything we needed. We spent hours fishing off the dock and waking up and going to bed to the sunrises and sunsets. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming! We hope to stay again in the future!

The condo was very clean and organized with little extras to make it comfortable! It was close to the beach, restaurants and shops! The community pool was definitely a perk after a long day out!

We had a wonderful stay at Mariners Cay68! We had a fantastic view of the marsh and actually saw several pods of dolphins! AMAZING! The property was very clean and the kitchen had everything that was needed. I had to contact the property manager to replace batteries in the fire alarm and it was promptly taken care of. My family is going to make this a yearly getaway!! Thanks so much for making our stay fabulous!!

Great townhouse on the river

We had a great time at this property, it was well located and allowed us to have a great time during our stay. The sunset views from the screened in porch were especially nice.

Excellent accommodations, place was very clean. We were very excited to see dolphins our second to last morning we were there. Would definitely reccomend staying here
