The Space:

Situated in the gated Mariners Cay community, this waterfront retreat is a welcome low-country escape with a screened patio overlooking Folly River and the marina. As a part of the Mariners Cay community, enjoy access to a seasonal Olympic-size pool and tennis courts. Fire up the charcoal grills in the grilling area for a cookout. Walk just a short distance from your door to catch a glimpse of dolphins as they swim up to the marina. With Folly Beach just half a mile from your front door, you'll be relaxing by the ocean in no time. Just a couple minutes' drive from your vacation rental, Folly Beach's pristine shores are ideal for kayaking, surfing, and boating. Folly Beach Pier is considered one of the best spots for saltwater fishing in Charleston. Center Street offers delicious seafood, souvenir shops, and a buzzing nightlife scene. Eleven miles away, experience the authentic Southern charm of downtown Charleston, where swaying palm trees meet stunning Colonial architecture.



Make yourself at home in the inviting living room, furnished with a queen sofa bed. Stream your favorite shows on the 42' smart TV. Whip up fresh recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with sparkling marble countertops and stainless steel appliances.
