Comfy beach house with a great screened-in porch - large kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and shortest commute to the beach ever! It was the perfect beach box for our family.

House was great with awesome access to beach. Screened in porch was a definite plus. If we were to give any negative reviews it would be that the house was advertised as a 3 bedroom on multiple sites when it was indeed a 4 bedroom, which worked out amazing for us and the room with the queen size mattress with the ocean view was very uncomfortable. Overall would definitely recommend this house!

This is our second time staying in this house and I chose it for the location, because there are two beach-facing master bedrooms with individual sliding doors to the porch, and because it is directly on the beach. That said, the house is veryyyyy outdated. The cabinets are all partial board and beat up from moisture, the sinks are from the 80’s I’d guess, made of plastic, the shower heads are old and janky, the bathroom linoleum is stained and needs repair, and every single nightstand is weathered and worn (particle board). Additionally, the coffee table is about to fall apart (very wobbly), and the dining room table is huge but bows in the middle. The lighting in the house needs an upgrade, and the pots and pans are very cheap and gross. I did message the company with this feedback, the house has SO much potential. Also, in my room I kept finding flying ants crawling on the bed, and although my bed was comfortable, the other rooms all have old mattresses that are sinking in the middle. This little place needs some love.

We totally enjoyed every aspect of this home. It felt homey and the views were breathtaking. The screened in porch as an awesome addition. We have an autistic daughter and the screened area gave extra protection. Thank you for allowing us to stay on our fav end of Folly!

Loved the home and location. Folly Beach is so peaceful with not too much commercialization but close enough to Charleston if that is your thing.

The house is in a great location, however it does need some updating inside, bathrooms especially and the air vents looked like they had black mold. Overall a good option price wise but felt a bit uncomfortable with how outdated some of the rooms are.

Great Folly Island Beach House

We had a great family vacation at Turtle Watch II. Loved the location. This house has everything needed for a good time. Our family talked about it at the end of the trip and noted that we had stayed in “fancier” houses over the years but this was our favorite house we could remember.

Perfect beach getaway

This property was just as listed and exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip. The space was very roomy and the views were beautiful. We did not get to enjoy the beach much due to the cold weather but it was still lovely getting to wake up to the water and most beautiful sunrises. The beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. We would definitely book again!

Great View

Although the house itself could use some updating and some general maintenance projects were past due, the house itself was clean and adequate for our stay. The view was great and being about 10 min from the downtown area was also convenient.

Family and fun on Folly

This property presents very well and is easy to live in. It's not close to town and is quiet and calm (we were here in early April). It's very well placed to walk to and visit the Morris Island Lighthouse and its park. We had a couple of minor issues which were handled quickly by the nicest fixer-man. I definitely would stay here again!

A Birthday Celebration We Won't Forget

This property was an excellent choice for us. It was close to the beach, as well as local restaurants and shops. We visited Charleston during the day for some sightseeing and culture but looked forward to returning to a Cool Place to take part in what it had to offer. We cooked during our stay and it had everything and more that we needed. There were card games, board games, and books...nice size tv's to watch, and a huge deck to hang out on. The property was clean and we really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay again.
