The paradise of Kiawah Island is calling your name - and this villa is the answer! You'll enjoy private wooded views from the screened porch, access to shared tennis courts, and a great location just a short walk from the beach! Located in East Beach Village, this condo boasts access to a pristine beach, Night Heron Park, and Heron Park Nature Center.

This beautiful first floor, one bedroom villa in East Beach has been completely renovated. This Mariner’s Watch villa has hardwood floors throughout, granite counters, new stainless appliances and is beautifully decorated. The master closet space was redecorated in order to create a roomy bathroom with a rainwater shower experience. Built-in cabinets were added for storage in the bedroom and the living area to make room for additional luggage and clothing.

The screened porch offers a beautiful scenic, almost private wooded view, showing the direct path to the beach which is about 50 yards (3 minute walk) from this unit! The villa has a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, accommodating 4 guests and allows parking for 2 cars. (Note: the bikes in the picture are not included with this property.)

There are 2 TV’s and wireless internet. Soundproofing was added to the ceiling area to minimize noise from adjoining units. This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

We loved the easy access to the beach! Only a 3 minute walk! This made it easier to enjoy the beach with an infant and toddler. We also enjoyed the big bathroom and shower. That made it easy to clean up. We just brought a baby bathtub for the little ones.

Great location, steps from the beach boardwalk. Beautifully appointed and comfortable unit. Screened porch with wooded view provided extra relaxation space with privacy. Very clean and well supplied. Hope we get to stay here again soon!

The decor was old . The dinning chairs needed a weight lifter to move. The comforter needs to be replaced for the stains, feels very dirty. Whoever came up with a 10 digit code to enter , it was ridiculous . The air conditioner sounded like a jet plane for takeoff when it started and it was so uncomfortable on the sofa and bed just blowing on you . Very uncomfortable stay , would not recommend.

Nice Stay in Kiawah!

This updated villa was perfect for a short stay in Kiawah. Great location within a 2 minute walk to the beach and you can listen to the ocean when relaxing on the screened porch. Perfect size for 2 adults.

The Good, the Bad & the Ugly

Location a 10. Just steps to the beach. Great shower/bathroom. Good appliances, floors updated, comfy bed with nice linens. But, the decor is reminiscent of a 1980s Florida grandma. (I'm a grandma, so I'm calling it out. Porch furniture tattered, wwasher chipped

Maintenance Needed

The condo is in an excellent location but is showing significant wear and tear. And there were obvious problems with mold— it was visible on the walls, ceiling and even the lamp shades. The property management team relocated us but the only open unit was off of Kiawah which was very disappointing.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend It was so peaceful. Great location to the beach and to The Nest. My only complaint was the AC might need some more coolant. The air blowing out did not feel like 68 so it was a little warm at night.

Nice condo, poor management

I feel bad for the owner as the condo, price and location was great. But the management was poor. It started immediately after booking and uploading id and filling out an application. A few hours later I get an email saying "your booking was canceled". What!? so then I have to contact the management company which was not easy finding their phone number and speaking to a third-party that walked me through another 30 minute process before I finally get a confirmation. Then I wait another several hours before I get check-in information. Mind you my booking arrival was for the next day so this was quite frustrating as one could imagine. Most would prefer speaking to someone at every step of the way instead of going through emails and text messages and Corporate type stuff. But otherwise the unit was fine in great shape and very comfortable for our one night stay.

Mariners Watch great place

I had the best time at this property. It was very clean, organized, had all essentials readily available. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing (the water could’ve been a little warmer). The proximity to the beach only a 30 sec walk! The convenience of having Freshfields nearby for shops, restaurants and grocery. It was perfect! Would stay there again. Very peaceful and quiet place

Lovely, quiet condo nestled in the woods, with a short path through indigenous vegetation to the beach. Condo was nicely remodeled, and very cozy/ comfortable. Great location on the west end of the island with accessibilty to Fresh Fields Village, and its excellent restaurants. Would definitely rent again…
