In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

Please note: This villa is undergoing renovations that are anticipated to be completed in winter 2026. All 3 bathrooms and the kitchen are currently being fully renovated, including new cabinet faces, tile, hardware, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. Updates to the primary bedroom furniture are also planned. Once the renovation is complete, new professional photos will be taken and uploaded to reflect these beautiful upgrades.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms and bathrooms, a two-story townhouse layout, and lovely lagoon views. The villa is only about a 1-minute walk to the beach.

The first floor hosts the villa’s main living areas. An ideal place to gather, the light-filled living room offers plenty of seating, a wall-mounted TV, and views of the beautiful lagoon. The dining room has seating for six at a long wooden table overlooking the lagoon. Both the living and dining areas provide access to the villa’s deck. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, cream cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals.

The villa has three bedrooms, two on the second floor and one on the first floor. The first-floor bedroom, featuring soothing coastal décor, has a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the deck. The attached bathroom, also accessible from the hall, has a spacious walk-in shower and large vanity. The primary suite, located upstairs, boasts a king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, and soothing lagoon views. The chic primary bathroom has a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower with a bench seat. The third bedroom, also located upstairs, has two twin-sized beds and a small flat-screen TV. The attached bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Guests will enjoy relaxing on the expansive sun deck, which offers stunning views of the lagoon. The deck has a chaise lounge and a dining table with seating for six.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
