This property is even better in person than the photos. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable home, lots of space. Beautiful views of the Ashley River and marsh. Great for bird watching and boat watching. Convenient to many parks, gardens, and trails.

I can't say enough great things about this place and this company. Excellent customer service, super accommodating and friendly, lightning fast responses. And the property.. it was EXCELLENT. Beautiful home, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, stunning view, well equipped, the list goes on. 10/10 will absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Charleston, and especially loved this house. It is well kept, beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed. The view is beautiful - very nice looking out across the marsh to see the water. Nice neighborhood - everyone keeps their yards and houses looking nice. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house was very clean, roomy, and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee was appreciated but it would have been nice to have a little sugar and creamer. We were there for the Navy graduation and it was convenient to the highway that could take us there or into downtown Charleston, only about 20-25 minutes either way. The view from the deck and balcony was lovely. We had some trouble with the code getting in and it took about half an hour getting through to the property management company. Might not seem like a long time, but after a 10 hour drive and 100ish degree temps, it was too long. Fortunately, the property owner responded through the Ring doorbell and gave us the code to get the key for the lock and told us we could use that or the door code,whichever made us more comfortable. That was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean house. Comfortable beds. Things to consider 1) no access to garage2) a closet and a room is locked and not accessible 3) has hot tub. But guest are bot allowed to use it although the free standing steps to the hot tub are stored in front of the tub4) early check in did not happen. We sat outside for an hour after texting management company. Who said they would let us know if property was available sooner. No one came during that hour. So it was available but we didn’t have access5) other than dishes and starting soap toilet paper etc no extras. No oil no spices no sugar no coffee filters etc. will need to wash towels and wash cloths because not given enough to use for several days. 6) AC resets so house gets hot in morning. Must manually change. You can tell it is managed by property management rather than an owner. Nice views. Comfortable seating. Plenty of cups and plates. A few pots and pans. Has a blender. Access to Downtown Charleston in about 25 minutes. Other than the street it is on the neighborhood is an older and a little run down.

House was better than the pictures and super clean which was important. The only negative thing is the air conditioning which is important to a lady with hot flashes. Could only knock the air down to 70 downstairs and 69 upstairs and that was set on a timer so it would go back up to 74 after a couple of hours. I got hot during the night even with ceiling fan running. Other than the air-everything else was perfect.
