The beach is just a short 0.3 miles walk for this home. Make sure to stop by The Boathouse, just down the street, which will provide you with a delicious dining experience with a view you won't forget. If you're into water sports, the Breach Inlet is also a great spot for fishing, both within half a mile walk. Downtown Isle of Palms is just a half a mile drive, where you’ll find dining, shops, and the grocery store.

My family loved this vacation rental. It had great amenities and a short walk to the beach. Our two dogs loved the fenced in backyard. We would stay again if we travel back to Isle of Palms.

What a sweet fun home with a neat history! I felt very “at home” with all the amenities. I packed wayyy more than needed because the house already had so many things: beach toys/chairs, hairdryers, beach towels, etc We loved each room and the open kitchen and two sitting areas were great for our family. The downstairs shower and play area were amazing. Beautiful yard and neighborhood for walking. The walk to the beach was soo easy! Even on our rainy day we sat on the screened in porch and just enjoyed it!! Already making plans to stay here again!

So excited to come back!

This home was absolutely wonderful, and the beach is truly a short walk away. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need. The double living rooms is a nice add for a home that was holding 6 adults, and the back and front porch were perfect to enjoy the SC weather. We had to reach out to the emergency text line for a very minor issue, and the maintenance team arrived within the hour to fix the problem - excellent communication and service. We all commented that we wish to come back some day!

Excellent Vacation Spot!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was amazing, and the fenced in back yard and enclosed space under the house was perfect for hanging out with our dog. The walk to the beach was easy and everything was dog friendly! The home had everything you could need for cooking, playing on the beach, and relaxing. We’d love to come back!

Comfortable Recovery

We chose this beautiful location for my two week medical stay in January. While we did get to enjoy a couple days of beautiful weather and walks on the beach, we also experienced extreme cold, snow, and ice that shut down even the local Walmart for a short time. We were so grateful to have this home for my recovery. After a smooth surgery with my team at MUSC, I was able to rest and recover in a beautifully decorated and easy to navigate Master suite; I was particularly grateful for the walk-in shower. My family had a fully appointed kitchen that was a joy to use and plenty of space, games and activities to keep everyone comfortable and entertained. The location is fantastic with myriad activities close by, grocery stores, and easy access to the medical centers in Charleston while also providing a peaceful retreat during recovery. We did need help upon checking in that first evening. Support was prompt and thorough. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Isle of Palms

This house was the best stocked house we’ve ever stayed at. Everything is supplied except groceries. The only thing that would make this house better is to be on the beach. Thank you Roy and Nona for a great vacation!

Always a favorite

Love love love this home. Small enough for just a few people and SO VERY CLEAN! We've been staying here on and off on our trips to the area and it's fantastic. LOVE the latest upgrades of the thick fluffy towels, soft charmin toilet paper, and the new mattress in the master bedroom! You make it so super easy. The new management also brings the trash/recycling in and out without us even realizing the days! Everything is so easy. Be careful to check and double check that you don't leave anything. It's $25 non-refundable fee for the management company to look in lost and found and if they do find your item you are also paying the additional shipping fee.

Loved This Beach House!

Fun and comfortable beach house on beautiful IOP. Short, easy walk to the beach. The porches provided a great outdoor spaces. Backyard was perfect for our Golden. The play space underneath the house was perfect when the weather was not. Would definitely recommend and will plan to rent again sometime.

Perfect beach vacation

The love and pride the owners have for this property show throughout the home. It is beautifully landscaped, decorated and very cozy. There were many small touches to make you feel welcome from the coffee K-cups to the games, beach chairs and umbrellas available. In the middle of a quiet, neighborhood and short walk to the beach, it was the perfect place to enjoy the ocean, read a book, relax and unwind. We were very pleased and want to thank the family for sharing their lovely home.

Perfect for families and pet lovers.

We enjoyed our stay at 130 Carolina Blvd. The house is perfect for families and pet owners. The fenced in back yard made it easy to let our dog run around and be safe from traffic. This house had everything we needed and more. I especially appreciate that it was well cleaned. The beach is a short 2-3 minute walk and not as crowded as other parts of the island, which I loved. We would love to come back soon.

Home Away From Home

Quaint, comfortable, lovely home located in a quiet neighborhood just a short 5 minutes from a fabulous beach. The owners have maintained the charm of a family home that welcomes you immediately with open arms upon entering through the front door. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of bath towels and personal touches throughout. The landscaping is beautiful and full of fragrant flowers & shrubbery including magnolia trees. The fenced yard was a plus for our pups that travel with us. We enjoyed the screened-in porch, back sun deck, outdoor shower and rec room underneath the home. The perfect location, close to stores, restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed our stay, which went by all to fast, but can’t wait to return and visit again. Just lovely & would highly recommend.

Fabulous place to stay!

Typically when I rent a vacation rental I bring cooking supplies such as pans, knives, etc. For the beach I bring chairs, beach towels, and a cart. For my dogs, I bring toys, water and food bowls. These owners have thought all this through. We have already booked this again for next year and my car will only need half the provisions typically packed for my crew. This is a great venue for your dogs. A beautiful fenced in yard where you will feel safe for them to roam! Only two blocks to the beach access! Bravo to the hosts!

Cleanliness

This was our second year staying at this house, which we absolutely loved last year. This year was a little disappointing. Upon arrival we noticed the porch floor was dirty. As we settled in we noticed how dusty everything was; the ceiling fans, the baseboards, bed frames, furniture and lamps. It was obvious that the bathrooms had been wiped down but not deep cleaned; hair/dust in the corners and cabinetry had splash stains. The kitchen was, again, wiped clean but food stains on the cabinets and backsplash which attracted gnats. This is such a beautiful home, great location to everything and we had a delightful time. I hope they change cleaning companies soon.

Loved this house

The house is 2 streets over from the beach, but it only takes about 5 minutes. No busy roads to cross. It was well stocked (aside from the fact that we could not find a colander or bottle opener). Plenty of towels, paper products, etc. We'll definitely come back.

Beautiful stay at Carolina Blvd 130

We couldn't have been more pleased with our vacation rental at Carolina Blvd 130. Beautiful private place with everything we needed and more. Clean and comfortable; beautifully decorated with such sweet personal touches. When we weren't at the beach - literally a 3-4 minute walk - we were relaxing on the screened in front porch or listening to the waves on the back porch. Well-appointed kitchen - anything a cook might need was available. SO great for our 2 little doggies - very secure and plenty of places to explore! Fun times playing ping pong and fooseball with our sons in the large rec area below the house. We definitely will make this a go-to getaway from bustling Charlotte!

Great spot!

Loved this place! Great location towards the southern end of IoP, so the beaches were less populated. Two blocks to the beach! The house was clean with plenty of amenities for both adults and kids: the game room downstairs had cornhole, ping pong and other games with plenty of airflow to keep it cool enough in the mid summer heat. The outdoor shower was perfect post-beach cleanup. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee and the back porch was great for grilling and hanging out. Overall awesome experience.
