The Space:

This Seabrook Island villa is a beautiful home on a half-acre lot with fairway views of Crooked Oaks' 12th hole. 2605 Seabrook Island Road is conveniently located mid-island with a short bike ride to the beach or lake house. The home enjoys a spacious open layout with a bright and comfortable living area. The large, well-appointed kitchen and dining area allow a family to gather, enjoy excellent meals, watch television, and play games. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with skylights and sliding doors that lead to an outdoor living area with cozy seating, a table with an umbrella, and a gourmet gas grill. The shaded canopy of pines and oak trees offers a nice buffer between the deck and the fairway, which can be enjoyed while relaxing on the two-person hammock.



The main bedroom is near the living area, with a large en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a double sink vanity. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with twin bunk beds for younger family members and a private full bath.



Some amenities are a Keurig coffee maker, four TVs, free WiFi, and an outdoor shower. This gorgeous vacation rental property includes 24-hour security in a gated community, central air-conditioning, cable TV, WiFi, a DVD player, a well-equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.



Make sure to try out some of the great restaurants nearby anytime you need a break from the kitchen. Stop by Carolina Salt Surf Lessons for private or group lessons from seasoned pros who want nothing but to get you up and crashing waves!

Important Things to Know:

This property has full Seabrook Island Club Access. Once you pre-register for your Digital Amenity Pass (no charge), you will have access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as Golf, Racquet Sports, and Club Dining which require additional payment. When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register.

Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October.

Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym. Fitness classes are available for an extra fee.



There is an active outdoor security camera outside this home.

We arrived late on a Friday evening. We had received instructions for access prior to arriving. We used the electronic door lock and obtained access. Immediately upon opening the door you were hit with the mold/must/mildew smell and it was pretty heavy. The initial look appeared to be a nice remodeled old house. However after spending time there, it was likely a terrible home renovation or someone really didnt do much but put lipstick on it. We love the old charm of the house, the outside of the house is really dated and you can tell it is from the 80s. The property is a beautiful piece of property that is located on the main road about half way from the entrance to the Beach Club. The property boarders the Crooked Oaks golf course, I think the 12th hole but not certain. The outdoor appeared fairly kept and was clean and cut. Now to the interior of the house. The smell was the initial introduction but after being in for a while we got used to it. The bed in the master bedroom was like sleeping in a taco, it was probably the worst I have ever slept. Mattress likely from the 80s as well. Went to the other rooms and similar situations. Slept on couch, like a stick. Purchased food to cook and the oven wouldnt reach a temp above around 275 and it took almost an hour to get there. There were a few other issues but given limited characters here, these were the main issues. Price to high, home still needs work to get up for a short term rental standard.

Great spot!

First visit to this property, second time to Seabrook Island! All of the descriptions and pictures are accurate and it’s a very nice place for a stay. Amenity access is great with pools and beaches to choose from, proximity to restaurants and shopping is great too!

We had a great week! The house is beautiful and very updated. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and deck overlooking the golf course. Beautifully decorated! We love that it is also pet-friendly!

Enjoyed this house!

We rented this home for a summer beach week and it filled all of our needs and is nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. Small things could be improved (fan in upstairs bathroom is REALLY loud), two of us hurt our barefeet on nail sticking up from laminate flooring.

A perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house in Seabrook Island, where our stay included our two small dogs along with our 14 y.o. granddaughter for a memorable and fun vacation. It offered more than ample space and was well appointed in every detail imaginable. The kitchen did not disappoint! We definitely enjoyed cooking and dining in as well as eating out. The large deck was a huge bonus with plenty of outdoor seating and a table for dining. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery outdoors as well as looking out across the golf course located in the back of the house.

Fabulous Vacation

The home is meticulously kept, in absolutely perfect condition. Attention to every detail. Made for a fabulous, relaxed vacation with every imaginable amenity available. We kayaked, biked, golfed, swam in ocean and pool all within a half mile. The clubhouse dining and cocktails are wonderful after a long day enjoying yourself. We will be booking again next year, and have recommended to friends. An absolute gem!!!

If you plan to cook a lot during your stay, everything is here in a large well-planned kitchen, plus there's a large grill on a spacious deck. After visiting Seabrook Island on numerous occasions this might be the best place we've stayed. Its a 10-15 min bicycle ride (pulling a child-laden trailer) to the boardwalk for the North beach, about the same for the beach at Pelican Watch.

Our teens shared the bunkroom easily, the third shower was helpful! The home entertaining space and master suite were perfect. Seabrook was so dog friendly! We also found our location to be fairly easy to get to the beach/pool, lake house, tennis, horseback riding, paddle with the dolphins, restaurants, grocery and gas. Loved our bike rides! Thank you for opening your home!

The house smelled like a dead animal upon arrival. The person before us broke the dishwasher by putting laundry detergent in it. The central a/c barely worked and it was nearly 100 degrees out and sweltering inside. The air filter was filthy and there was a ghetto portable a/c duct taped into the upstairs window. The house was not clean and we spent 1/3 of the trip waiting around on various maintenance people who fixed on 2/3 issues. The pictures of the inside and outside of this home posted on your site are deceiving. The house and furnishings are run down and shabby. The Master bed mattress clearly was never rotated. It has a huge dip in the middle. Total ripoff.
