The Space:
It’s all about the location at this sweet three-bedroom ranch home, only one-third mile from the beach, and the walk to get you there down Center St. is filled with restaurants, bars, coffeeshops, and stores.

Whimsically decorated inside and offering lots of space outside, you’ll find the perfect launching pad for your next Folly Beach vacation. Have a seat on the outdoor couch in your front yard for your morning coffee. Pop the umbrella open and relax in the shade while you decide how to spend the day. Inside, the chef can get breakfast started in the cute kitchen, with salmon-pink cabinets and butcher block countertops. At mealtime, the dining room table seats six, or pull up a barstool for a casual bite.

Walk to the beach for the day or explore a bit further afield. Historic downtown Charleston is only eleven miles away. When you return in the evening, grab a board game for more family together time. Watch a little TV on the overstuffed aquamarine sectional in the living room before bed, and drift off to sleep with a perfect Lowcountry day behind you and another to come tomorrow.

We've been coming here tye last few years as a family and we love it. There is plenty of room for everyone to do different things while still feeling like you're on vacation together.

There are so many ways to talk about this rental. The pics were an accurate description. The amenities were accurate. The beds were comfortable but aged. Very comfortable bedding with lots of extra in the closets. The house was clean and tidy. It was very comfortable and home-y and in an AMAZING location. The refrigerator did not work properly BUT the property management co. was very upfront and quick to respond. They were not able to get it fixed in the 5 days I was there, They offered a very fair refund for the inconvenience and provided a mini fridge.The couch has a really big gross stain hidden under some pillows. The water pressure was terrible but always hot. The kitchen was VERY sparse in supplies. The lights flickered often. We were not able to make a couple of the tv’s work. They offered to come help but we couldn’t work out timing. Large driveway plenty for a few cars.

Family getaway

We stopped at Goodwill to buy more coffee cups and wine glasses. All other kitchen supplies were plentiful. We’re glad the spices were not cleaned out. Thanks!The location was close to town attractions and the beach.

Awful experience

We arrived at our booking to find a dog in the house and to learn that the owners were living the house and it was not available (and according to them had not been for months). Had to call the secondary party Vacasa and wait for them to figure out eventually a refund and had to book our own other place. Very stressful especially after traveling all day with kids. Have never had this happen but super poor communication and overall frustrating way to start your vacation.

Perfect getaway

We loved this house! It has so much room, beds are comfortable and bedrooms are a great size. It is such a short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend, hope to be back soon!!

Beach House

Great home, needs furniture and small appliance updating and the outside needed cleaning and set up. Exterior did not live up to the pictures. Great location easy to walk everywhere on Folly beach and easy drive to downtown.

Perfect work/rest vacation.

My wife and I frequently visit Folly Beach, and this was by far our favorite place we've stayed! We look forward to returning, and ideally staying here again!

Nice layout and great location but needs a little TLC

The house has good space for 3-6 people and sofas for 2 more. There are 3 separate indoor hangout spaces. The TVs and other electronics worked well. It is easy to walk to the shops and restaurants and the beach is a very doable walk with a minimal level of fitness. The house needs some TLC though. Water leaked through the attic into the Master Bedroom during a storm. The light doesn’t work in the master closet. The toaster was missing the main shelf. The outdoor furniture was dirty. Several windows have cracks in them. The blinds are hard to open and close. The landlord agency did offer to come out and take a look while we were there. Hopefully, most of these will get addressed before the next tenant arrives as there are a lot of positives with the place.

Staycation in folly was killer. Location was great especially the short walk to Lost dog & center.

Golf cart is a must. Small kitchen without dishwasher wasn’t ideal but doable with big sink and grill out back. 3rd bedroom with children a single beds isn’t ideal unless you have two children rather than adults.. the room should have two doubles so that would be an easy fix. Outdoor shower needs a latch, little shelf, and hooks for clothes and towels. Yard is very mosquito friendly so bring bug spray.

Overall my friends and I really enjoyed our stay! Our only negative was there is no dishwasher however we would definitely come back!
