On your left, you are greeted by the peaceful Intracoastal Waterway with a public boat ramp and fishing pier and the silvery sands of the Gulf of Mexico to your right. The beach access boardwalk is steps away, with the glistening waters of the Gulf just beyond. Beach chairs, a beach cart, and an outdoor shower are provided to complete your day by the water.

The sundrenched living area features calming coastal hues, plush furnishings, and a charming fireplace, while the elegant, well-equipped kitchen is complete with sleek granite countertops and updated appliances. The listing was exactly as posted! Great location, close to the beach and walking distance from shops and restaurants. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Had a great trip!

Sisters Get Away

Could have been a 5 star review had proper attention been given to rental. Pros: The cottage is decorated nicely inside, the beds and pillows are comfortable and the little porch is nice. Walk over to beach at sunset perfect! Cons: 1. Waited around until 4pm check-in only to find the lock didn’t work. After many calls, around 6:30, the head of local maintenance was contacted and he came and had to replace the lock. Upon asking we were given a late check out. 2. Once in, before going to bed, we checked the windows, 4 windows latches were lying to the side. We called, he came the next day and fixed the locks; very nice & apologetic. Unit is at end of road, at public access to cross over to the beach. We were 3 women who wanted security where we were staying. 3. This was early February and the nights were cool so we chose this place over a beachfront as it showed a fireplace. Great for the those cool evenings while we caught up chatting. The maintenance guy warned us not to buy wood and use fireplace as he couldn’t guarantee the safety of it. This could so easily not be an issue with electric logs installed. Not expensive! 4. We couldn’t open beach chairs, he tried, but they were rusted and he said the maintenance co is not responsible for replacing the chairs. We could have brought our own chairs had not the description of the rental said they were provided. 5. I’ve had rental properties on the gulf and maintenance is key. Printed instructions are a must!!

Amazing Beachside Cottage!

The SeaSpray Cottage in Treasure Island, FL was terrific! it was a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach via public access. It was quiet with easy access to a food market (1 mile to a local Publix) and an easy walk to several restaurants and shopping! The cottage had all the necessary amenities for a great stay - comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen, and "different" spaces so that adults can hang out in one area while teenagers & young adults could hang out in different spaces... Overall, it was a great experience and my whole family loved it!

R&R Best friend reunion after chaotic theme park visit

We were so blown away with this property! It was the cutest little beach house with so much room and beautifully decorated. We stayed in the unit closest to the beach, but all the units are really only steps from the beach. The boardwalk to the beach was kitty-corner from the property. The shed was full of beach chairs, toys, wagon, anything you'd need for the beach. This will definitely not be the last stay here! The only thing I would maybe ask or request for is directions on how to use the door lock. The code was properly provided, but it was a little finicky, and not everyone knows how to use the door locks with codes. So silly, and really not even a complaint at all. We LOVED it here and were so sad to leave!

Perfect Beach Location

My sister and I loved our stay in your cottage. The beach was easily accessible. We enjoyed the side, shaded porch for games and meals. John's Pass, the Boardwalk area, is within walking distance so we could head there for evenings out without driving. It was the perfect beach location!

A Great Stay

A quaint little cottage less than a two minute walk to the beach. The convenience cannot be topped. A short drive to restaurants and grocery was great too. Great to have laundry on site as linens were limited to just enough for the five of us, so we ran towel laundry several times. There were parts of the home that really should be cleaned more often. The advertisement indicates beach chairs are available, and there were some, but they need to be updated. Overall a good stay with some small recommendations for improvement

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was clean with all the amenities listed and so cute! looked just like the photos and what a perfect location to the beach! The area was quiet and safe. Really enjoyed our stay!

Nice location, cute beach bungalow

Good location - right next to the beach boardwalk. Limited amenities in VRBO, some hand soap in bathrooms would be nice, and a few extra bath towels, but I do understand they only provide starter amenities. Only complaint, the AC unit was so loud in the bedroom attached to shared bathroom, it was hard to sleep in that room. Otherwise, the stay was lovely, great location, very clean. The property managers were very quick to respond to any of our questions.

Although a short drive for me, my daughter and young boys enjoyed the convenience of the beach !

Staycation

This was our impromptu staycation on the beach. The cottage was great… great location, very clean, and quiet. We were with our grown children and this cottage accommodated everyone comfortably. Don’t forget your shampoo/conditioner & body wash though. I always bring my own but my kids didn’t. There’s only hand soap provided. We had to make a Publix run anyway so we picked some up. We’ll definitely keep this cottage in mind for our next beach staycation. Everyone had a wonderful weekend.

Perfect bungalow for a getaway

3 couples stayed in this house, everything was exactly as advertised. Perfect location to the beach and everything that Treasure Island has to offer.

Not worth the money

This is by far the worst stay I’ve had for $500+ a night. I would’ve been better off staying at a Hampton inn or one of these beach motels along the strip, because at least I would have gotten what I paid for expectation wise. Upon walking in the first day, the house reeked of mold and mildew. Husband and I both have asthma and allergies and had to use our emergency inhalers the entire stay. We honestly tried to stay outside as much as possible. Left a more detailed review on google.
