It was clean and a very nice home. Beautiful views from the balconies and from the front windows of the building of the beach. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Everything we needed for the beach was provided (chairs, cooler, umbrella). We would stay here again!

We so enjoyed our visit to Madeira Beach

This property looked as described, clean and had a nice layout! Great views of the harbor. Our first time in the St Pete's area. The location of this property provided easy access to beach and Plenty of towels, and having the beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, fishing rod, cooler bag). not for us but a baby chair there as well. Kitchen, paper towels, and thing in cabinets helped like salt pepper sugar paper plates. The visit heightened our awareness of the people and businesses in the area still either temporary or permanently closed. Plenty of places to enjoy great food, next door in particular. You can also rent bikes next door or down the road. Hope to return in a few year.

Family get away

The condo was nice and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities. There were towels, shampoo, conditioners, soap, sun block, an umbrella, towels and chairs for the beach. The washer and dryer were great and came in handy for our stay. We would book this place again for sure. It was spacious and well cared for.

Excellent location, clean, quiet, beautiful view!

Walkable to St. Johns Pass. Right across the street from beach. Close to restaurants, shopping. Trolly to points north and south from centrally located Madeira beach but away from the mayhem of St. Pete/Clearwater beach area.Dated condo but clean well-kept and stocked with appliances and conveniences of washer/dryer/diswasher/blender/coffee pot etc (elevators in particular dated and sometimes one would be out of service). Crowded pool right on street side but right next door is a great Mad Beach Cantina with frozen margaritas to take out for pool side and then enjoy the music from the Cantina as you swim and soak up the sun.Our "gal pal" trip was awesome and all of us said we would return to this condo again!

STAY AWAY

THIS WAS A MONEY GRAB FOR THE OWNERS FROM A START! STAY AWAY. MOST MISERABLE XMAS VAVCATION EVER. DIRTY EVERYTHING, DISHES, SHEETS ETC. TILE FLOOR LOOSE. NOISEY NEIGHBORS SO YOU COULD NOT SLEEP. POOL ALWAYS BROKEN AND ELEVATOR DOWN..? THEY GIVE YOU 2 SMALL GARBAGE BAGS AND ENOUGH T FOR 2 DAYS ON A WEEK RENTAL! SO MISLEQADING AND OVERPRICED. PLUS MOST PLACES IN THAT AREA ARE CLOSED STILL BECAUSE OF THE HURRICANE 2 MONTHS AGO! NO HONESTL OR CLARITY WOTH RENTORS. I FELT DUPED!

Great Fun!

Great location and such a fun stay. It’s super close to the beach with beautiful views. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Lots of room and choices for sleeping. Very close to the Pass so we were able to walk everywhere. Great memories for our family!!

Beach and Canal all in one!

Beautiful canal views from the 2 balconies. Just across the street from a beautiful beach. Unit was perfect - beds were very comfortable. Easy drive to Indian Rocks and Clearwater. We also enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. Great trip!!

Cute Condo with beautiful views

Perfect condo for our family of 4 stay. Beautiful views of the bay to watch a sunrise. Under a 5 minute walk to John’s Pass. Nicely stocked kitchen. Easy parking. Very quiet property.

Overall, great day!

Condo was clean and accommodating, beds and furniture were comfortable, convenient location, lovely bay view, property and pool was in good condition. Only complaint, washer and dryer was very loud. Overall great experience, would stay again!

Absolutely perfect!

Excellent location! Directly across from beach. 2 min walk to St.John’s boardwalk. The condo was spotless, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed! They even had beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler! Definitely would stay again! Highly recommend.

Nice condo

Loved the layout of the condo and quick access to the beach. The bay views are gorgeous from the balconies - saw lots of manatees. The pool was not good and it was disappointing. Too hot, no shade and in the middle of a parking lot. Overall we had a nice stay.

Beach Reunion

The complex is right across Gulf Blvd from the beach, with a marina directly behind. It's just a block from John's Pass Village which has shopping, bars and restaurants. The unit is roomy and has two balconies with marina views. It's also dog friendly. The sectional and a couple of area rugs have seen better days and could be replaced. Overall we would stay there again.

Beach stay 2023

Watched sunrises on the balcony. Very easy walk to the beach, Plus beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. Had a wonderful time.

It was a great place but with a broken AC.

We had called the property manager about the AC being stuck on 81 degrees, and tried to turn off the AC over the phone with the property manager which did not help so they said a repair worker would come to fix it while we were gone or leave at portable AC. No one ever showed up and our room kept on getting hotter.
