Situated just steps from Sunset Beach, this 4BR/3BA home is your perfect Treasure Island escape! Stroll home after a sun-kissed day on the sand to splash in your shimmering backyard pool. Gather on the rooftop deck to sunbathe or dine alfresco in front of glorious Gulf views. Other highlights of this two-story home include two festive living areas and spacious bedrooms with upscale furnishings.



Spend quiet afternoons chatting or reading in the sunny first living area. Plush seating includes a sofa, a love seat, and an armchair. Snuggle on the large sectional in the second living area and watch favorite shows on the 46-inch TV. A desk by the window offers space to check emails or write postcards. Indulge your inner gourmet chef in the sparkling kitchen. Spacious granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances offer upscale utility. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the kitchen bar for four. When it’s time to eat, share island-inspired meals around the table for four in the dining area.



The peaceful primary bedroom includes a California king bed and a 32-inch TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. You’ll find quiet privacy in the second and third bedrooms, each of which is outfitted with a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower. The spacious fourth bedroom provides plenty of space to socialize. Serve beverages at the wet bar with a mini-fridge, then relax in the plush seating area. Watch favorite shows on the 37” TV. When it’s time to sleep, pull down the two twin Murphy beds. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.



Greet the day with breakfast at the table for six on the front patio. Tropical vegetation and a shimmering pool create a serene and private oasis in the backyard. Barbecue tasty meals on the gas and charcoal grills in the side yard. Beautiful views of rolling Gulf waves await on the rooftop deck. Soak up the Florida sunshine in a chaise lounge. Annual Family Beach Trip

This property was by far one of the best places we've ever stayed. The property itself was beautiful and the location was perfect!!!! We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Perfect Getaway

The property is steps from the beach and on the end loop of the main road making traffic minimal. Easy to walk or Uber to nearby restaurants and bars.

Sunset Beach

We had a fabulous stay at Sunset Beach! It was perfect for our group of 7, 4 adults and 3 teenage girls. The girls look over the upstairs and loved the rooftop deck. Location to the beach was perfect. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway

We got married on Sunset Beach and rented this house for immediate family to stay. It was perfect. Enough comfortable and appealing space for everyone to either gather or spread out, a gorgeous view, across the street from the beach and within easy driving distance to everything you might need or want to visit.

Great location. Brach 200 feet away. House confition could have been kept up a bit bettet. Refused late checkout even for a fee. Overall nice trip!

Great family vacation

I spent a week here with my wife and 3 kids (ages 3-23) and could not have asked for a better place for our vacation. The property was terrific and is much bigger than it appears in pictures. We all loved the pool, the rooftop deck, and the super easy access to the beach. Everything seemed new, clean, and up-to-date. The management company, Turnkey Vacation Rentals, was very responsive to any questions and very easy to work with.

Great space and location

We needed a large space to accommodate our family - couples - single dad w/ young teens along with a single. This home fit that need very comfortably. Had a couple of hiccups early on that were resolved in a fairly timely manner. Would definitely book again!

Great!

The house was adorable and so close to the beach which we loved. It was spacious and super easy to access. I wish we could have been able to lower the thermostat below 71, it was so hot and humid. Some things in the house could use an update- we needed things like scissors-and be a little more clean (ants in the front bedroom on the bed and by the bedside) but overall it was sufficient for what we needed

low maintance

well everything was not working, pool no heat, outdoor furniture was dangerous, dishwasher did not work, no hot water in kitchen sink, I can go on and on. The place was in a great location and the house was nice. Bug issues in kitchen drawers bothered us.

Was out there for a wedding and this place was very central to where we needed to be. The place is larger than expected with a great upstairs fun room with outdoor rooftop area with great views of the gulf. Had a few hiccups upon getting there but it was all rectified by their very communicative management company. The home had every amenity needed and would definitely recommend this home for a short or long vacation. Oh and it has a pool as well so that was a nice addition. Great place!

We loved it. It had plenty of outdoor spaces to get into or out of the sun, depending on your preference. Everything worked well except the outdoor grill which the Turnkey staff replaced in a day! Across the street from the beach, a short drive to restaurants.

Perfect beach getaway

This house is in a prime location. The house had plenty of room for our 8 guests ranging from teens to adults. We loved the proximity to the beach and especially enjoyed the rooftop patio for morning coffee, people watching, or evening sunsets. The pool is really nice, and I highly recommend this place because you get a pool all to yourself with no closing time! Worth it to heat it for the small fee. Kitchen was well stocked with gadgets and the propane grill got used for many meals. We took a 1-2 mile down the beach one evening and were able to access many bars and restaurants on foot. Highly recommended using the local cabs or taxis for great restaurant recommendations. We will definitely be going back.

Great location and nice property

The house is so close to the beach, which was perfect for our group of 8. We had 4 kids so return trips to the house for food or bathroom was easy and quick. We had trouble getting one of the TVs to work and they responded quickly and were very helpful. House was clean and fit us perfectly. The pool is on the smaller side but is private and fit our needs fine. The kids are 13, 11, 7, and 4. If we had four teens it would’ve been tight. I highly recommend going an hour and a half north to crystal river and doing a manatee tour. We swam with manatees in the wild and it was an amazing experience.
