Joyce's Beach Place es un edificio de tres pisos con solo 3 encantadoras suites frente al mar muy espaciosas en el fabuloso Gulf Boulevard en Indian Shores, Florida. Gulf Boulevard atraviesa el centro de la estrecha franja de tierra que está flanqueada por el Golfo de México en el oeste y el Canal Intracostero en el este. We had the most amazing stay at Joyce’s Place! Everything about it was perfection from the pool to the beach a few steps out the door. My daughter especially enjoyed swimming in the pool. We will definitely be back!

Good stay. Only drawback was the pool which was supposed to be heated was not and it was not working. Felt bad for the kids staying there, since the Gulf water was way too cold and so was the pool.

The pool heater issue was unfortunately outside of our control. As soon as we were notified, we had our pool company address it, but it was not something that could be repaired immediately during your stay. Because we were unable to get it resolved in time, we refunded you accordingly. While we always aim for everything to function properly, occasional mechanical issues can happen. We responded promptly and issued compensation once we confirmed it could not be fixed during your visit.

Peaceful Stay

We really enjoyed the location right on the beach as well as having the pool there for he kids to swim in. Everything was great and our stay was relaxing!

Beach stay at Joyce's Place

We were extremely happy with our stay. Pool was nice, short walk to beach. Beach was not crowded very peaceful and relaxing. Definitely would stay again in the future.

Amazing View!

This is the perfect spot for a relaxing get away. It was my mother & I & we enjoyed the balcony view of the Gulf every day & night. Centrally located& perfect for us! We’re going back again in September!

Super location! We came to relax, and this apartment on the beach was everything we needed. Everything was clean, and check-in was a breeze. The pool temperature was perfect. Refrigerator door dispenses ice, the A/C worked great, sitting on the balcony is covered in case of rain. It was great taking chairs to the beach to relax by the shore and collect shells. The location is handy to restaurants. Just 17 minutes to John's Pass Boardwalk. 40 minutes to TPA airport. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

We loved the location. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach was not crowded any day that we were there, and it was the week before Memorial Day. We enjoyed the kayaks and boogie boards provided. Would definitely want to stay here again.

Perfect Beach Stay

This location is right on the beach. The pictures do not misrepresent. The house is a great location between all the small beach towns.

what a view!

This place had an extraordinary view and location. The beach here is practically deserted relative to other nearby areas. And its beautiful - what a sunset! The place was great - sure, its a bit outdated but not at all the way some mildly negative reviewers described it. We can NOT wait to visit again next Spring. Roomy and everything we needed for a perfect holiday!
