Three Full Bathrooms: 2 stand-up shower and 1 bath tub.

All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryer is also available.

Smart TV`s, white noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom.

All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services!

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and baking dishes. Enjoy meals together at the dining table for up to 8 guests, with additional seating by the pool for 10 and in the garage for 14.

Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided!

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!

The hot tub is available year-round, while the pool is open seasonally from April through October.

The pool and hot tub are regularly serviced. Guests have unrestricted access to the pool and hot tub, and supervision is required at all times, especially for children.

Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the main level closet off the master bedroom. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Guests have access to the entire property (other than home owner`s locked closet), garage and outdoor spaces.

We are available for guests if needed via messaging, a phone number to reach us during the day and after hours is provided after booking confirmation. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

Located just a short drive from Lambeau Field and the Resch Center!

Parking is available for 6 cars in the driveway. Uber and Lyft services available in the area. Please note that no overnight street parking is available in the City of Green Bay.

The grill is located by the pool and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using exterior spaces. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
-Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.

- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
