New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Come enjoy this newly-remodeled dreamy condo that features views of the ocean and the sound. The open floor plan creates an airy atmosphere for guests to mingle while the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances has all you need to prepare food for the group. Each bedroom has its own TV and the primary bedroom has private access to the furnished balcony, where guests can enjoy a quiet moment. A twin trundle bed in the guest bedroom provides an extra sleeping option.

There's plenty to do nearby as well. For one, the condo has beach access, meaning you can walk down to the beach and enjoy fun in the sun virtually immediately. Additionally, a nearby state park offers much nature to explore and downtown has many dining and shopping options.

Additional perks include a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning and cable.

Wonderful Condo!

This was great place for a getaway for my two teens, myself and my husband. Check in and check out was super easy. The place was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The location was great. We really enjoyed the pool and closeness to the beach.

Grandkids vacation

Really enjoyed the stay. The only problem we had was that there was no pool card with our packet. We tried getting one at the office and never did receive one. Had to enter pool by jumping fence or getting someone to let us in.

Perfect location

This was the perfect condo for us. It was spacious and we could see and hear the ocean from this location. Our kids loved the close walk to the beach and the pool. There was multiple things wrong with the appliances. There was already an outstanding work order for the washing machine. Then while we were there the oven wasn’t working and the fridge beep all morning from the touch screen on the front. Other than that it was a perfect time with some great memories made even with the bumps in the road. We notified the company and they got someone out fast to look at the issues, but nothing was able to be fixed right away. They handled it well; and it made for some funny stories and memories.

Not a Good Time

No central air when we got inside condo and we were not told this was a problem at check-in. Portable AC UNITS were put in, but they struggled to keep the condo at 75 degrees. The bigger problem was the humidity in the room reaching over 85% at times. The condo started to get a strong mildew smell and after a few days you could see the condensation on the units and feel the dampness of the air on furniture and covers. Customer service claimed they were unaware of the issue and I’m still working with them to figure out some sort of compensation for this. Fortunately we were vacationing with a lot of family and we spent more time in their condos at Seaspray. We actually had our children sleep at their condos because the humidity and mildew smell was irritating them. We ended up leaving a day early because we over the whole mess. Love going to Seaspray every year and I know these things happen. Just wish we were informed before hand AND had customer service help out a little more. We’ll continue to go to Seaspray every year, but we’re no longer going through Vacasa to rent our condos. P.S. Still trying to work out a resolution with Vacasa on this matter after our stay has ended. I also believe the owner is at a fault for continuing to rent out the unit without fixing the central air or properly advertising the issue before people book.

Wonderful Week Getaway!

Condo was very clean and bright with plenty of room. Loved the Recliner and comfortable couch in the living room. Kitchen was great with all updated appliances. Bed slept great and the view was awesome from the balcony with just a short walk to the beach. Will definitely book again!

Perfect family get-away

This condo is clean, well maintained and comfortable for a family vacation. Updated kitchen made cooking easy. Bedrooms were comfortable. The views from the balcony of the beach and the sound were perfect while the kids had the tv and internet to keep them entertained. A bonus was the complex’s pool for after dinner swims when the surf was too rough.

Relaxing stay, great views

This condo was perfect for my Atlantic Beach visit. The balcony has a nice partial view of the ocean and faces the quiet surrounding neighborhood. Inside was very clean and had all of the amenities you'd want from home. The entire stay was very relaxing and would definitely stay here again!
