New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Take in the best view on the island from this oceanfront, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Sands Villa Resort, where you can see the ocean waves, the beach, and Beaufort Inlet from your fourth-floor balcony.

This condo was recently updated with a new HVAC system, new LVP hardwood floors, a renovated primary suite, a new swivel recliner, new balcony chairs, and new appliances, fixtures, and quartz countertops in the kitchen.

For those who enjoy relaxing in the morning, there are both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The den features a 55-inch TV, a wet bar, and free high-speed WiFi. Prepare breakfast with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a lunchtime barbecue on the shared gas and charcoal grills, and leave your swimsuits and towels in the private washer/dryer at the end of the day. At mealtime, the dining table seats a family of six with a bar that will seat two more.

On the grounds of the resort, you'll find amenities and conveniences that include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a courtyard with grills, and elevators for easy access. At night, the condo's three bedrooms include a primary bedroom suite with a TV and its own bathroom.

Perfect location

A very comfortable stay. Great ocean view. Loved the recliners! Well equipped kitchen. Clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed both the indoor and the outdoor pool and walks on the beach.

Perfect Location

We loved the location and how close the place is to the ocean. We also loved that there were elevators on each end and there was plenty of parking! Our condo was lovely and the perfect size. There is nothing we didn’t like.

Atlantic Beach Perfection!

For location with a beautiful beach plus a great pool, this property can't be beat. The Villa had a well equipped kitchen, keurig, washer/dryer, shower and a bath tub, plus the balcony. Just bring your own pillows as the ones there are old, flat, foam pillows, and get a demo on how to use the wonky lock system before you get there

Excellent rental, fantastic view!

You can’t beat the view from the unit and the balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped for anything you want to cook or serve. Nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, hooks, outlets with chargers, storage, and lots of seating, and we love the beach access, indoor pool and hot tub, and beautiful outdoor pool. The rental team was responsive to our questions and needs.

Our stay at Sands Villa 419 was absolutely amazing!! The room was very nice and we had a gorgeous view! The only thing I will have to say is the floors in our condo were dirty and lots of sand but other than that it was great!

This condo was very nice. Lots of room. Anything you need for cooking was available. Nice coffee setup. Comfy beds and couches and recliners. It was just as the pictures showed. Beautiful view of the ocean. Nice pools and hot tub. Close to the pier and Fort Macon both. Very short drive to everything at AB. I would definitely rent again.

Perfect location - spacious condo

The listing online is accurate. The condo was very clean (and that's saying a lot coming from me)! It has a beautiful ocean view, is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops in Atlantic Beach. I would definitely return.

Great Unit!

We really like this unit. We're big people and I never worry about something breaking when we sit, lol! Every time we've stayed here the place has been very clean and comfortable. Had a small problem this last time and it was fixed the next morning. I don't remember the guys name but he was great. Took the time to talk with us and ask if he could do anything else for us. I'm very pleased with VACASA and will use them again soon.

Misleading Listing, But Nice Condo and Location - Oct 2023

The property grounds are well maintained and manicured. They take great care and have lovely ammenities such as the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub, the beach washing station, and corridors/elevators and common bathrooms all so clean and cared for. The condo itself was lovely and had some really great qualities as well as some drawbacks. The view was so wonderful, and the furnishings all so comfortable. The cleanliness was a bit disappointing as the floors truly were dirty and sandy above an acceptable level. However marketing it as a 3 bedroom is honestly unacceptable because the third is a converted sitting room and has no room for belongings or clothing, there is also no room to get dressed in the space. There is room for a bed and just about it, very little walking room around the bed.

419 Sands villa

I would love to give a great review on this room but there was issues with this room. Out of all the rooms we have stayed in at Sands Vllas this was the worst. I will start with the good side of things. The kitchen was well stocked. Had everything you needed to cook and eat on. Even had sippy cups for kids. The king bed slept great. Great view of the beach. Ok now not so good stuff. The lock on the door OMG the worst lock ever made!!!!!!!!!! In the middle of a tropical storm we were trying to get the door unlocked. Would not unlock! Code was as long as a phone number. By the time we got it open EVERYONE WAS SOAKING WET ALONG WITH ALL OUR THINGS!!!! That lock gave us trouble every time we used it. The first room as you come in had a water leak during the storm and the room had a musty smell. We went to vacasa and reported it. They came out the same day to check it Also was a very cramped room. No where to put stuff and could not hardly move around in the room. The dishwasher smelt horrible and was nasty. We washed the same load of dishes three times and they were still nasty. So we wound up washing dishes by hand. Lots of the dishes and silverware were dirty. Probably because people got tired of trying to us the dishwasher and gave up on it. Ok for the cleanliness of the room. There was mold on places in the room. The floors were nasty. The main bedroom had so much dust on the dressers that when I put my bag on it the dust balled up. It was dust all over the headboard. Shower had very low water pressure. Not a room we will stay in again. We love Sand Villas. The beach access is short and the views are amazing. The pools are wonderful and so is the staff. We will be back again next year. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Great place to stay and have lots of fun every time. The ground are always clean and beautiful!!!!
