Enjoy community amenities such as a pool, tennis courts, and scenic biking and jogging trails. The condo features a private washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances for your convenience.

Witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from your own private haven. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, Maritime West C-33 promises an unforgettable coastal getaway where the rhythm of the waves will wash your cares away.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-Located on the 4th floor of building C
-Boat Slips are available for rent with Beacons Reach Marina, please reach out to Spectrum Rental Properties for contact information (the slip is not provided, there is an additional fee)
-No pets allowed
-No smoking allowed
-Only 2 parking passes allowed
-The Community Pool is open April 1 through October (weather permitting)

Everything was wonderful. The view of the ocean was great and the dolphins entertained us often. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, pans and other kitchen needs. The condo was clean and perfect for a March vacation. The starter packs of supplies and towels were all that we needed for a week-long visit. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms had plenty of space.

Beat family vacation

The condo was beautifully appointed, clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. The condo was spacious and comfortably fit our family with three teens. The beach was not crowded at all and we had a very relaxing vacation. Centrally located to food and activities but far enough away from the towns to feel like we weren’t in a touristy area. Would definitely rent this condo again!

Beautiful quiet, peaceful, relaxing location

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing beach vacation, this place is for you! Located right on the beach, there is nothing better than seeing the beautiful ocean from your unit. Take the elevated down and you are on the beach, which was never crowded. If you are tired of a beach, the on prem swimming pool was great and clean. Few grocery stores are only short drive away as well as few local restaurants. The condo is spacious and fully stocked and in-unit washer and dryer are great when travelling with a family. 5-stars!

Amazing views in a quiet location

The view from this condo is absolutely stunning. From the wall of windows in the living room to the screened-in balcony, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and it was very convenient for each room to have its own bathroom. The kitchen was easy to use although potholders would be appreciated next time, and I would recommend a Keurig over the drip coffee maker, but that's a personal preference. We didn't find the grill, but as the weather did not cooperate, we managed without it. The pool was an excellent alternative when the surf got too rambunctious. Overall, we loved it! Thank you for sharing this lovely property!

We had a wonderful stay!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was just perfect for our family. We really appreciate all of the thought that the owners put into making the condo comfortable. We felt there was plenty of space for the 5 of us, and everyone was very sad to leave. Some of our favorite parts were: - The tv in the pink room with the roku device was crucial because it allowed the kids to watch what they wanted and they felt they had a space that could be theirs. - The bedrooms were nice sizes and everyone loved having their own attached bathroom. - The family room was comfortable and the décor of the condo was beautiful and pleasant. - Having the balcony with a screen was so nice because it kept all the bugs away - Having such a huge ocean view from the family room was amazing! - The condo location was perfect and being so close to the elevator was so helpful. - The appliances were very nice and worked very well! - The kitchen was well equipped. - Absolutely LOVED the keypad lock! No keys to lose!!! - The beach itself was so quiet and beautiful. It was also very safe for our kids. We have not had such a wonderful vacation in many years and we are so grateful! We will definitely come back!

Wishing I could give a better review

Pros: (1) Location is great with easy beach access. Cons: (1) A deep cleaning of the entire unit is desperately needed. It is hard to believe we had to pay a cleaning fee when, upon entry, the tubs were filthy and the kitchen sink and bathroom sinks were dirty. The water in two of the showers backed up, which was definitely not pleasant. Also upon entry, there was a foul odor throughout the unit which we believe was caused by cooking from the previous occupants as it dissipated after a couple of days. It would have been nice if the cleaners would have used some air fresheners. (2) The beds are not comfortable and need new mattresses. (3) The furniture in the living room is SO outdated. It is hard to enjoy any downtime and watch TV when you can't find any seat that's comfortable. (4) The dryer had what appeared to be rust or dirt all over the top. Again, having paid a cleaning fee, one would expect more attention to detail. (5) The bar area also was not clean with significant dust buildup on the shelves. Again, disappointing since a cleaning fee was applied but nothing to show for it other than new bed linens and towels. This rental has the potential to be outstanding, but we would never stay here again due to lack of cleanliness and uncomfortable furniture and bedding.

Thank you for staying with us at Maritime West C-33 and we appreciate your feedback. We always want positive and negative feedback from our guests, yet this feedback is troubling. It’s troubling by the fact that it was never brought to our attention for the 3 nights in which you were there that the property was not clean. It’s troubling that your property was inspected prior to your check in and was deemed clean and guest ready before your arrival. This leads me to believe that your statements about the cleanliness of the condo are completely inaccurate. You are the guest that VRBO should ban from their program. Simply put, if you checked into a hotel room that you felt was not clean, you would have immediately called the front desk and reported these issues. We provide you with a 24/7 after hours line to contact us and seeing that you didn’t contact us until the day prior to check out to report the beds being uncomfortable and slow draining showers, but yet made not mention on the cleanliness at that time, clearly shows that you are lying regarding the cleaning. In regards to the living room furnishings, they are exactly as pictured when you booked this property. There is nothing else to say. In regards to the beds being beyond uncomfortable- this is the first report all season and we are investigating this with the owner.

Excellent View

This property is great. Exactly as pictured. Clean, easy to check in, elevator, pool, comfortable beds, very nicely appointed with dishes and cookware to cook in the condo. We were very happy with our visit. The beach is spectacular. Everything in the condo was in working order. It was very quiet. The walk to the beach is short. Pool was very nice. All in all I would suggest the rental to anyone. It was close to both Emerald Isle side and Atlantic Beach side but no traffic or people on the beach.

Great Condo-Ocean View

We traveled as a family, grandparents, parents, 1 child and 1 toddler. The condo met all our accommodation needs, had a panoramic ocean view and great access to the beach and pool. The property is as described and the management team are very responsive. They provided assistance anytime they were contacted. I gave 4 stars on cleanliness, as the MB bathroom was not as clean as desired. The toilet had a mold ring by middle of week and the bath could use a good scrubbing. Other than that the condo was sufficiently clean.

At the beach

House is simple, plenty of space, RIGHT AT THE BEACH! The pictures tell the tale. Complex is wonderful, but the view each day was so relaxing. I am so thankful the owners decided to open their home to renters. It was a wonderful week.

Awesome ocean views

Property was well maintained but a bit dated. This didn’t matter much since most of the time was spent on the clean beach just steps away. The view from the living room and screened deck were absolutely beautiful. Sunset views from the front deck. Renting process and check in were quick and easy.
