The condo was clean. The tv was out 4 out of 7 days .Matinence would fix it but it would go out .There is a laundry facility on the property but the washers were not working. We would not stay at this property again due to the expense and inconvenience of things not working .

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the condo clean, but we’re sorry about the repeated TV issues and the laundry facility not working during your stay. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient that must have been, especially during a longer stay. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we’ll share your feedback with our maintenance and management teams.

Always a great stay at Durant Station

I always stay at a condo in Durant Station because it’s a great location. The elevator and luggage carts make it easily accessible and this pet-friendly condo is perfect.

Beautiful Island Village

Great place to stay at Durant Station. The condo was cozy, the furniture a bit worn. The beach access is phenomenal and it’s a beautiful place.

Perfect location!

This place is perfect! On the beach with a heated pool, hot tub, home fully stocked in the kitchen, balcony with ocean view, so cozy, close to the ferry to ocracoke, the grocery store, orv ramp to spend a day on the beach in our jeep, ice cream shop, restaurants! They have a laundry room for you to use which was great so take some quarters so you dont have to do laundry when you get home! And the price, in July, for an entire week was excellent!!!! Definitely recommend this place for a perfect beach vacation!

Great place!

This us the 3rd year we have stayed at Durant Station. It's fantastic every year. Friendly people. And the best is that it's pet friendly. I hate leaving my dog in a kennel.
