Welcome to this charming house located in the beautiful coastal town of Oak Island, NC. This single-level home offers step-free access throughout, making it perfect for families and guests of all ages.

Step inside to discover a cozy and inviting interior featuring a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a comfortable living area with a large-screen smart TV, and three comfortable bedrooms with smart TVs.

Outside, you'll find a relaxing patio area with a hot tub and a gas grill, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. The spacious covered front porch, furnished with ample seating, is ideal for great conversations or enjoying a nice drink. Just a short distance from the ocean, this home is perfect for beach lovers looking to soak up the sun and surf.

With amenities like a washer/dryer, free WiFi, and mini-split A/C units providing cooling throughout the entire home, this house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're relaxing indoors or exploring nearby attractions, this Oak Island retreat is sure to provide a memorable vacation experience. Enhance your beach house experience with our optional golf cart rental! Enjoy the convenience and freedom of exploring the island with ease. Note: This can be added to your rental after booking the home.

Parking notes: There is free parking available at the beach house for up to 4 vehicles. With the optional golf cart rental, enjoy additional free parking at all the beach access lots.

The golf cart should begin charging upon arrival. Before driving, disconnect the gray plug by hand and tuck both ends of the cables inside the seats. Additionally, place the black charger cable under the front seat. Ensure that no wires hang outside the seats while operating the vehicle. To recharge the golf cart, connect the gray plug and cables, and link the black cable from under the front seat to the yellow extension cord. It is advisable to charge the golf cart overnight each day. Draining the battery is not only inconvenient but may also damage the golf cart's system.

Great location! Beautiful home decorated in coastal theme. We loved the porch swing on the front porch as well as the deck for morning breakfast. The jacuzzi was very relaxing after a day at the beach! We would definitely return!

Nice home but needs a few things

Front porch was very nice. Loved the pet amenities. Size and set up was fine. Not a lot of kitchen amenities. Needs some attention there. Backyard could be improved with some better seating and bigger deck. Beds need blanket option. Tons of sheets and towels supplied. Outdoor shower or hose in front would be great for waahing off sand

Beach, Please…YES, please!

Charming home, close to ocean, beautifully decorated & equipped with the essentials: coffee maker (keurig), towels, dishes, pots & pans, paper towels, toilet paper and soaps/shampoos. TVs in each room. The lamps in master bedroom were a nice “touch”! There was lots of sleeping room, although we only brought 2 kids, there was room to bring a friend! Close to groceries & shops and short drive to Southport! We visited in April for spring break and the beach was windy & cool, so the hot tub was fabulous to come home to for a soak! We loved every minute of our stay! (We could have used 1 extra trash bag for the csn but we made do with grocery bags.)
