Oceanfront, Dog-Friendly House w/Free WiFi, Shared Pool, and Ocean Views

New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Tower Bottom is a Tower Circle Duplex bottom-floor condo just an easy walk from the beach and ocean. This semi-oceanfront unit includes a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bath for people who want to come to the beach to enjoy all that it has to offer. You'll be close to Buxton Highway 12 shops and restaurants and to Fessenden Center Skate Park. A great way to have your own space and enough room for your friends or extended family is by renting Tower Top which occupies the same building but is a separate unit with its own entrance. Rent for three nights or for three weeks and enjoy beach life.

Things to know:
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.

*Oceanfront homes are subject to beach nourishment projects scheduled by individual towns. Ask us about any planned beach nourishment in our area.*

Please Note: As a barrier island, Hatteras is constantly changing. Beach conditions, dunes, and access points may vary due to erosion, restoration projects, weather, and other environmental factors.
Property may require a higher clearance vehicle to access due to constant shifting sands.

Great ocean view from the deck and overall clean and well stocked. If I had it to do over, I'd take the top. The extra steps are worth the view, added privacy, not having people and dogs walking overhead. Things were falling through the upstairs deck onto us on the deck below. (sand, chips, something liquid (dog pee?) Overall good week and good location. The pool was 7 minutes away but it was very nice and not too busy. Very refreshing after a day at the beach.

Very cute home with everything you need for the beach, to cook and sleep. Place was clean and the extra blankets were nice. Walking across the sand road to the beach is so ideal we didnt have to haul our gear or even need a canopy. Hoping Buxton beach gets restored soon so we can have longer beach walks south

We had a really nice stay. The view of the Ocean was amazing. The pool is 11 miles away. We did not read to the bottom to see that it was not by the house.

Not a lot of beach but perfect for wave watching or fishing. Cute house with just enough amenities. Will stay again. Great for the price.

Awesome place to stay

The unit was clean & well-stocked. No bugs/spiders which was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Location to the beach is perfect. Nice large deck to enjoy the waves & sounds of the surf. We have no complaints. They seem to anticipate our every need. Staff was extremely friendly & ready to assist in any way.

Vacation

It’s was great stay all together, but was mislead when we booked on Vrbo. The duplex was listed as entire home! But we got lucky and the upstairs guest left the next day we arrived so I didn’t feel I had to keep my kids quiet after that. We did like the location and view was wonderful.

This place was supposed to be our original place to stay but Hurricane Erin changed that for us. Before our arrival Vacasa let us know that this propert was not available due to the events of the storm. They did however offered a a different home to stay in and was still in Buxton not far from this home at all. We are forever thankful that they were able to find us a replacement so we could still enjoy our m7ch needed vacation. Buxton is a very beautiful quiet town and amazing beach. Would love to come back and visit again.

Location was superb. Property dated and not cleaned when we got there. Sand piled up all around property including the outside shower. Don’t think we’d stay at this property again

A value play

Wifey and I were here first week of Oct. We didn't need anything special and that's what we got. If you are looking for the Four Seasons, keep looking. The basics are here. The AC is cool, water is hot, beds were comfortable and the beach is right across the street + they allow pets. This is a value play and it fit our needs. I will note that if there are more than 2 adults, who ever has to sit on the wicker chairs will be hurting. No cushions.

Disappointed

The property was clean and very close to the beach, however the upstairs occupants were extremely loud. We couldn’t even get a good nights sleep because of the noise. I would not recommend staying in the bottom unit if you are looking to relax. We actually left a day early because of this.
