By booking this property you are acknowledging that you’ve read and understand the terms of use for the pools. It is your responsibility to ensure that every person in the house has read and understands the terms of use of the pools.

Please be respectful of neighbors and reduce any noise, especially outside, after 10pm. If we get a call from our neighbors or the police regarding noise or disruptive behavior, you may be fined up to $500 usd. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 usd fee for additional cleaning.

No early check in or entry or late check out unless prior written approval from the landlord. If these rules are violated then tenant is subject to $300usd late or early check in fee.

We have a strict no pet policy so we can keep our place as clean as possible. If a tenant brings an unauthorized pet to the property, they are subject to a $500 fine.
