The home was well taken of. It was spacious and comfortable, with a particularly well-stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet. A shout-out to the person who cleans the place-it was sparkling clean and neat.

Best vacation

The property was so quiet and clean. Beds were very comfortable, great night sleep. Check in was very easy. Had a question so I messaged the owner, he was very quick to respond and answer my question. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful

The condo was well appointed , well decorated, clean with nice linens and room for all 6 of us . We enjoyed the pool and hot tub . We did struggle with the tv but finally were able to access what we wanted.

Nice condo in nice neighborhood

Condo was nice and roomy. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! Quiet neighborhood, but another patio was very close. No one was in that condo while we were there. Didn’t get directions ahead of time and arrived after dark. We assumed GPS would take us there. Troy tried to call but we didn’t have cell service so missed the call. Otherwise great.

Comfortable, Clean, and Well Stocked

This condo was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The owner was quick to respond to a couple of my concerns (burnt out bathroom light and a curling rug that was a hazard). The living room furniture and the beds were especially comfortable. I would stay here again. Thank you!

National Park visit

The property was so quiet and clean! Beds were comfy and there were lots of extra blankets and pillows. Check in was easy and the location was really perfect.

Wonderful Condo in Moab

Loved our stay in this exceptionally clean and comfortable three bedroom condo. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge and has a wall mounted TV. We appreciated all the amenities like the laundry room, the front patio with tables, and well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, and most things you find in a kitchen including condiments in the refrigerator. The owner responded to a question we had in a timely manner. Very pleasant experience. Hope to stay there in future trips to Moab.

Walters stay

According to my wife the overall was okay and quiet. The only comment was the backyard could have needed addressed where the grill was could use to be cleaner. It had cobwebs under the table and chairs. There were leafs and brought in when came in the house. I was told the grill was filthy and not sure what was on there before our arrival but had to clean so not sure if the cleaning service forgot all those areas before our arrival. Everything else was good and again nice and quiet.

Moab Vacation

We loved your home! We had so much room to roam around. We enjoyed the look and feel of the inside. Everything was supplied. We did not really have to buy anything extra. Your home was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We went rafting, did the hummer safari sunset tour, went for a ride up the LaSal loop. Couldn't miss Arches NP. Went back to Shafer Trail and Dead Horse to see how it changed since we were last here in 2007! We love Moab. Sorry to hear about the flooding. Hope it did not affect your home. Nothing but good things to say about your rental. Hope we can come back again. Audrey & John H.

Amazing rental property

We loved staying at this house! The location was perfect - short drive into Arches for some hiking and close to downtown Moab. The kids loved that there was a pool we could use for the hot afternoons. The house was amazingly clean! Most houses have one or two extra rolls of toilet paper but this house has a whole cabinet stocked with essentials. The kitchen was fully stocked which made for easy cooking. We had 8 people in this house and it worked out great!

great location

it was a great location just two miles from town. it was easy access to Arches and Canyon lands. the condo had a nice patio to enjoy the outdoors. would stay again if in the area.

Cozy and Friendly

Perfect location with plenty of parking for the jeeps. House was cozy and had a friendly feel about it. Plenty of all supplies (towels, dishes, cooking items). Instructions were great and didn’t need the property manager at all. Hope to stay here next year on our next visit.

Great home in Moab!

We stayed 2 nights at this home on our 14 day cross country adventure. This home was in a nice vacation home neighborhood. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and we slept well! We had so much fun in only 2 nights in Moab. What an adventure. Thank you!!

We have been vacationing to Moab for the last 20 years and have found it harder and harder to find a nice place with a pool, hot tub and family friendly location, so we have made the investment in an area that we love to share with our family and friends!

Location ... Location ... is everything! Rim Village has it all, nice pool, hot tub, club house nestle at the foothills of the Beautiful Moab Rim and La Sal Mountains to the east. Located on a dead end road close to pool and have a large area of grass to sit and play on.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Big Windows looking out at the Moab Rim, 3 good sized rooms and two full baths. Open full kitchen and living room. Double car garage and a beautiful patio to enjoy the mornings or evenings taking it all in!
