Located in a quiet residential pocket of Tahoe City, this A-frame home offers peaceful surroundings and easy access to outdoor recreation. In winter, you're just a short drive from Palisades Tahoe, with skiing and snowboarding for all levels. Summer brings beach days at Commons Beach or scenic hikes along the Tahoe Rim Trail. Dining and shopping await in downtown Tahoe City, just over 3 miles away.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for ease of access to Tahoe City and area ski resorts. There is no shuttle or public transit nearby, but parking is easy and there’s room for 2 vehicles in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
