The main house offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (2 en suite) in a light-filled, stylish space. Open-plan living leads onto terraces with direct beach access and stunning ocean views. Every room balances comfort with Tuscan elegance.
The Barn
A separate barn provides 2 additional bedrooms, bathroom, a living area, full kitchen, private outdoor entertaining space, and a hot tub, perfect for privacy or larger groups.
