Important Layout Note:
Please note this is a multi-level (3-story) home with stairs between all levels. Bedrooms and showers are on the upper floors (2nd & 3rd levels), so the home may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges.

Parking:
Free garage parking plus additional driveway parking.

House Guidelines:
• No parties, events, or unregistered guests
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• Quiet hours from 10 PM–7 AM to respect neighbors
• Pets are not permitted to maintain allergy-friendly conditions

Additional Notes:
• Supply closets and utility areas are locked for owner use
• In rare cases, maintenance may be required with advance notice

Service Animals:
Registered service animals are welcome in compliance with VRBO and Fair Housing policies. A post-stay deep cleaning may be required to ensure the home remains allergen-free for future guests.
