Amazing location in one of Dallas' most popular neighborhoods, M-Streets. This stylish 1930's Tudor is updated with all the modern amenities: a fully stocked kitchen with a 6 burner stove, tv's in every room, king size beds with luxe linens, back yard studio/office, and decorated with Crate & Barrel/West Elm furniture. Minutes walk to some of the best restaurants/pubs, and shops Dallas has to offer. No detail has been overlooked. This truly is your home away from home.
The space
The main home is a 2 bedroom 2 bath house with an additional Studio in the back with a full bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Smart TV’s with YouTube TV.
Guest access
You have access to the full property with the exception of the garage.
Other things to note
Please note the 3rd bedroom is not attached to the house. It is a Studio in the back of the property that has a Murphy bed and a full bath

Great home, great location!

This house is so cute in a great neighborhood, just a short walk from a wonderful park and lots of dining options. Sean was a great host and made sure we had access to anything we needed.

Wedding in Lower Greenville

One of the nicest VRBO/ABNB we have ever stayed in. House is beautiful: fully stocked kitchen, large bedrooms and updated bathrooms. Host has thought of everything you need or might need. Will stay there again and highly recommend.

Wonderful house in quiet neighborhood

We loved the house. Very cute and well equipped. Everything we needed for our long weekend stay was provided. The neighborhood was great and very close to restaurants. We will stay there again anytime we are in town.

Dallas weekend

We had a great experience at the VRBO. Sean was very responsive and made the check in process seamless. You can’t beat the location in a very cute neighborhood. We enjoyed the walkability of parks/playgrounds nearby and had easy accessibility to restaurants and coffee nearby. Would stay here again if we were back in town.

Great location and house

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing. There was a nice park down the street for the kids and it is close to shops and night life. The house is nicely remodeled and has many available technology and kitchen devices. Our older son loved sleeping in the studio in the backyard.

Awesome Dallas Stay!

Sean's house is exactly as advertised and had everything necessary for our weekend stay. Full baths and TV's in every room, fully equipped kitchen with a large backyard & grille, washer & dryer... didn't miss a beat. Loved staying in a quiet neighborhood which allowed for a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here for future stays in Dallas!

Charming home

Beautifully remodeled home with pristine interior. Furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. All necessary kitchen items available, great variety of coffee pods for the Keurig. TV with all the stations. Linens are fresh, clean and new. Terrific location. Second time staying here and highly recommend it!!!! Thank you for another perfect stay!

Fabulous Property

Our family stayed at the property due to the proximity to our daughter's home and we were so very pleased with our stay. The main house is beautifully renovated. The main suite bathroom is spa like. The kitchen is well equipped and very clean. There is a studio type apartment in the backyard that is new and very comfortable. There were 4 adults and 4 children (ages 1-7). There was plenty of room for us all. The home is child friendly. We loved having the backyard for them to run. The property is centrally located if you are planning activities in Dallas. Sean was wonderful to communicate with and he was very prompt in all his communications. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Teri and her family spent Christmas as our home. They were amazing guests. She communicated was very respectful and responsive on when she was arriving and checking out. The place was just as clean as it was when she arrived, making it an easy clean for my cleaning crew. Would love to rent to her again.
