This lovely beach home has 3 bdrms/2 baths, sleeps 4 in an open floor plan with soaring ceilings, full kitchen with dishes/cookware/ glassware/utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, etc.

If it's RandR you're looking for, then look no further. Our home is comfortable and inviting. Sit by the pool and drink in the sun and bliss or head to one of two beautiful beaches - Barefoot Beach and Ft. Myers Beach. Enjoy fine dining at a host of fine and casual restaurants all within minutes of our home.



Our home has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Registered guests only are authorized for use of home and pool. Additional guests, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests in violation of any of the above will be required to vacate premises immediately and no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Outstanding Home

Excellent property, pool and whirlpool. Location is perfect for the beach, shopping and dining. Hists Tim & Lis were wonderful communicating with. Well stocked with basic as well as extra provisions.

Great place, Awesome Owners.

Lis and Tim have all the conveniences for you, house is good size, well stocked, and in a nice location close to shopping, beaches, and nature preserves.. Was hot and humid, upper 80's when we were there, but we were comfortable in the Lanai and pool because it is well shaded! Would be a great home for a summer trip!

Beautiful home

We loved our stay! Beautiful home in nice neighborhood. We took walks around the neighborhood everyday. All of us enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and pool. House was very well stocked with bathroom items, pantry and even beach chairs! Great location to beaches and restaurants. Would definitely return

Wonderful house !!!!

Spotlessly cleaned, very well appointed and in a perfect location to explore Southwest Florida ! Couldn't ask for anything more and house is exactly as advertised. The owner was extremely responsive to our needs and we would rent this property again. Our favorite restaurant was "Stir Crazy" in the Coconut Mall and fun places to visit are the Edison and Ford homes, the Manatee Park and Sanibel Island.

Perfect home setting for visiting.

Well cared for home with all the amenities needed to enjoy our visit. Having a personal pool and lanai right out the back slider was great. Three bedrooms were great, we only used the main as our granddaughter wanted to sleep at her place but still a great feature. And I love puzzles so completed one, husband into books and closed the night with a movie on our Netflex account.

Beautiful Home! Perfect location!

We stayed here for 4 nights. Perfect location. Nice and quiet and safe gated community. This home has everything you need during your stay. It is stocked with extra supplies and lots of sheets, towels and blankets. The beach chairs were a definite plus!!! Screened in porch and pool make every morning perfect for coffee and quiet time. We couldn't think of one suggestion....it was all perfect and very accommodating. Thanks so much to Lis for being so helpful. Definitely recommend this for your next vacation! Shopping, eating and beaches are all within very close!

This is a beautifully presented villa on a lovely peaceful community, tastefully decorated and very clean and tidy, yet homely and comfortable too. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend this villa if you want a relaxing place to stay in the area. An easy drive to the beach or into Naples or Fort Myers, there is an excellent 'Publix' supermarket and a few other shops and takeaways only 3 minutes drive away also. We also arrived to find food and drink in the fridge and larder, which we were told to help ourselves to... Very welcoming.. Many thanks Tim and Lis...

Home away from home!

What a wonderful place! This house had everything and more. Tim was such a wonderful host and was very easy to communicate with. From all the beach essentials to make a day at the beach easy to coming back from long days at the hockey rink and being able to relax in the pool. It was a delightful stay! Plus the neighbors were wonderful and it was a joy talkng to them on my daily runs. Highly recommend!

Throw your toothbrush and swimsuit in a bag and arrive. Everything else is provided

This very clean, comfortable home was fully equipped to satisfy every need. The pool was perfect, directly off the living space. The owners have thought of everything. This home is close to the airport, shopping and restaurants ( Coconut Point )

Great stay! Everything was so easy. Only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Check-in and out was simple. Home was well stocked with cooking supplies including a gas grill. Heated and private pool was perfect for our getaway to the sunshine. Perfect house for our family of four.

Exremely clean and great location

We rented the house for a week in November 2019. Our first impression was very positive - the house was extremely clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and we walked the neighborhood almost every day. We would certainly consider staying there again.

Awesome property!!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

My family just completed a stay at this house (7/17/19 - 7/22/19) and it was the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to many restaurants, shopping and the beach. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to the Fort Myers area.

Perfect for our Family

This home exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood was quiet and offered plenty of privacy. The pool was warm and perfect for our toddler to enjoy every day. We also appreciated the open layout of the kitchen and living room area- great for monitoring playtime while preparing meals. The owners were very responsive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool very much. Plenty of room for a family of four. Really appreciated all the little extras like dish and laundry soap left for our use. Loved the master suite that opened onto the pool area.

Quiet, Super Clean, Comfortable!

We stayed at this property during a business trip and it was perfect! We didn't have time to enjoy the pool and hot tub between work and the rain, but would have otherwise. The house is immaculately clean and comfortable and has everything a person needs. I would highly recommend this property.
