BEDROOMS
This 2-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 beds plus air mattress.

Bedroom 1 – Relax in the queen bed upstairs, a bright and airy retreat after exploring Denver. Modern, cozy design creates a peaceful space to unwind.

Bedroom 2 – Featuring 2 twin beds upstairs, this room is perfect for friends, kids, or solo travelers.

BATHROOMS
The home has 1 full bathroom upstairs and a convenient half bath downstairs. Both are stocked with essentials, bright mirrors, and plush towels for a fresh start or quick refresh.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner’s closet, the attic, and the fireplace (for safety). Make yourself at home! Your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. A keypad on the front door provides easy and secure access to the home.

•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
•We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee.

✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure
✔️We welcome up two to pets. If you brought a pet, please be sure to add them to your reservation and clean up after them
✔️We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn`t need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we`d be happy to reimburse you!
✔️ If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.
✔️ The fireplace is not available for use
