We had a wonderful stay at the Monte Carlo. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. We felt very at home. The staff at the Monte Carl are exceptional! Everyone was always smiling, using our names, and welcoming. Top notch customer service!

The apartment was very nice, well kept and comfortable. The pool is beautifully maintained. The property guards are friendly, helpful and very efficient. We had a great stay.

Suoer spacious two-bedroom condo

The listing is accurate. The air conditioner was leaking heavily when we arrived but on site maintenance came right away and the problem was fixed. The pool area is very nice. We stayed there nights in between more adventurous parts of our trip and it worked out great.

Spacious Quiet Condo

The condo was excellent for our stay in Jaco. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the location because we could walk everywhere. There is a good grocery store right across the street. It was also an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the large balcony. The pool and grounds are lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place with super friendly staff!

The condo is located in the middle of Jaco which is super convenient to many restaurants, bars, and stores. The grounds are pretty and well kept, the pool was great, the baloney was nice, and the staff was excellent, especially the gate attendees. The beach was a longer walk than we would have liked and it's not a straight shot. So we spent more time at our pool than the beach but we would have spent more time at the beach if it was closer. It's a good thing the pool and the patios are very nice.

The resort was amazing. Beautiful garden area and the rooms were very spacious. Christian was so helpful in making arrangements for a number of guided tours and save us money. we felt very secure. We walked the town every day. The security guards were wonderful. Always there with a smile and would assist with carrying baggage and ever taking our groceries to our unit. There is a grocery store across the street and they had carts available to use. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Work-cation!!!

Stayed at Monte Carlo condo #1 for one month from mid March to mid April. The pictures are accurate and the unit is even nicer in person. We picked this property for our stay since we did not want to rent a car for an entire month and could not have been happier with our decision. Everything is within walking distance with a grocery store just across the street and so many restaurants that it would take us another month to visit them all and the beach is only 1 1/2 blocks away. The grounds are amazing, lush, and tropical. It was fun to get to know many of the other guests while floating in the pool. We hope to see them again on our next visit. The management staff is super friendly and very helpful even before we got there and had several questions and date changes because of flights. The gaurds are all amazing and so fun to chit chat with and even learn a few new words in Spanish. Thank you for the most memorable stay and can’t wait to come back next year!! (Maybe even sooner)

It was great, the only thing was that I was told no kids and when I got there there was kids and also there is a swim up bar in the pool but there is no one selling anything and I think it would be a great selling point if you were to open the swim up bar

Wonderful Oasis

Cristian and everyone at the property are amazing. Met some very nice people at the pool who come every year. The grounds are very lush and have friendly critters running all over the place. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars overall is that it is not as luxurious as a high end luxury condo. That said, it really is a lovely place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Jaco.
