Delightfully positioned under a canopy of trees. Situated beside Lookout Mountain, it’s an ideal spot for family gatherings, combining tranquility with proximity to local attractions.
PLEASE NOTE: THESE ARETHE MIDDLE AND BASEMENT FLOOR UNITS IN A MULTI-UNIT HOME
You’ll have exclusive access to your private unit, including your own entrance, private parking, and outdoor spaces. However, there are separate guest unit above. All guests are expected to observe quiet hours (9 PM – 9 AM) and keep noise—including loud music, TV, and games—to a respectful level at all times. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful retreat for everyone!

You'll have exclusive access to two floors or the home—basement and middle—along with three porches.
Access: This listing DOES include access to the Hot Tub and to the fire pit area exclusively. They are not shared with the top unit.
Other things to note
Noise: We've incorporated features like extended rafter widths, spray foam insulation between floors, and solid core doors with door sweeps to minimize noise transfer. However, being in an apartment-style building means you might hear occasional footfall and muffled voices. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM and kindly ask all guests to be considerate of one another.
Hot Tub: the technician visits on Monday and Friday mornings to monitor and maintain the Spa. He will access the back driveway, handle hot tub care, and have no need to enter the home.
Parking, Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway are narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully and be mindful of the gravel road, the parking area around the home is paved. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential. Make sure to park in the correct designated lanes based on the unit you are renting.
Construction Nearby: There is a home being built nearby, so you may hear some construction noise during work hours. It shouldn’t affect your view or stay, but we wanted you to be aware. This has now moved inside now, and most noise should be over. The nearby project will be completed by the end of October 2025.
Occupancy and Fees: This modern home accommodates a maximum of 12 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 8. There are is a toddler bed one of the walk-in closets and a pac-n-plays in the other walk-in closets, but these are only for smaller kids.
Bedroom Locks: For the safety and convenience of our guests, we have intentionally chosen not to install locks on bedroom or bathroom doors. In the past, we've encountered situations in other homes where children inadvertently locked doors, requiring our immediate assistance. By designing our home this way, we aim to prevent any inconveniences and ensure a seamless experience for all our guests.
Parking: Limited to 6 regular-sized cars or less with any oversized vehicles.
Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.
A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.
