My family had such an amazing Thanksgiving here, exactly what we needed. Plenty of room, very comfortable and clean. Host was so attentive and very easy to communicate with. Family was sad to leave but will definitely be back.

Boot Scootin condo was roomy, well appointed and everything worked well. The washing machine and dryer were oversized, hot-tub very nice and condo was warm and comfortable. The walk to the mountain took 10 minutes. We took the shuttle one day to get to peak 8 and avoid the peak 9 crowds.

Nice condo, close to Main Street and lift ( 7 minute walk) Loved the hot tub! Kitchen was nicely stocked Garage was heated. We didn’t use main hot tub or common room with pool table etc. only supplied one ounce shampoo and shower gel so bring more if you’re staying a week!!Over all, I would recommend staying at the condo!

Great spot start to finish: location, communication, space, and amenities Easy walk to/from Quicksilver lift or bus, plus Main Street. Plenty of room for seven of us. Ground level end unit provided lots of light and tree coverage. We’ll be back and highly recommend for others considering Breck!

Kirk was a great hoast providing great information up front and very helpfull in answering all questions. We were on a ski trip and found the condo a perfect location. We were a short distance from the Quicksilver lift and were able to rent skis right at the mountain and leave our skis and boots there overnight. The condo is easy walking distance to many great restaurants and the free trolly was just accross the street to take you farther into town. i would recomment this unit to anyone who wnats to have a great location and top facilities.

Overall solid experience. Fantastic hosts, texted directly and followed up to ensure good experience. 8 minute walk to peak 9 lift which wasn’t a big deal unless you’re a beginner. Aside from that everything else was great.

We truly enjoyed staying in this condo. It is spacious and comfortable. Enough sitting room for everyone (8 people). The sofa bed was even comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, game room, dinners at the large table, great views out the window, heated garage, short walk to the lift and the fact that this condo is on the first floor - no lifting huge suitcases up several flights! It's also very close to town. We walked to town almost every night ...except the night that felt like minus 14. Yikes. Kirk, the property manager was nothing short of amazing. He was in touch prior to the trip and during. He gave us detailed instructions and loads of recommendations for the town and such. Highly recommend this condo.
