The living area features comfortable seating, a smart TV, and an adjoining dining space that flows into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and everything you need for home-style cooking and easy gatherings.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private bath with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom features a queen bed, its own TV, and access to a nearby full bath. High-speed Wi-Fi, in-home laundry, and heating provide convenience and comfort throughout your stay.
Outside, the home is designed for connection and downtime. The front deck is perfect for evenings with friends and family — picture yourself gathered around the fire pit, the glow of the flames reflecting off relaxed faces as ocean breezes roll in and the sound of distant waves sets the backdrop. A private back patio off the kitchen includes a gas grill, dining area, and outdoor shower — ideal for easy transitions from the beach to dinner.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-Great Location and walking distance to local attractions
-There are beach towels, beach chairs, and one beach umbrella available for use at this property.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply at the rate of $425.00 /Per Month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
-This home is located a short ferry away from the Channel Islands National Park.
