This beautiful villa sits right on the golf course with a lake view. Once inside, you immediately feel the warmth of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals with, it also overlooks the dining room and the living room, so the chef in the family won't miss anything that is goin on! Off the kitchen there is a spacious office/tv room, perfect for for the kids or for the family member that needs to keep up with work.

The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with plenty of storage space for all your belongings, just off the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom which does feature a bathtub for the little ones to enjoy.

Off the living room is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and its own private bathroom that has a walk-in shower and a double sink vanity.

There are two lanais, one at the front of the house and the other off the back of the house, the latter is perfect to sit on while your enjoying your morning coffee or your after-dinner drink.

Heritage Greens Golf Community is located in North Naples, Florida. The amenities include 3 heated pools, a kiddie pool and spas, with restroom facilities. There are 2 tennis courts, basketball courts and 2 pickleball courts. If you are an avid fisherman than you will enjoy the many lakes in the community that you catch and release. The beaches are about 10-15 miles from the community, these are a few of my favorites, Vanderbilt Beach, Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach.

The Arrowhead Golf Course opened in 1997 and features 16 lakes, beautiful fairways , greens and a public restaurant for you to enjoy.

This villa is a 30-night minimum stay. These are HOA rules. The HOA also requires all guest to fill out an application form along with associated fees. The application is due 30 days before arrival. The fees are separate from the booking fees. Once you book I will send you the information to apply to the Association.
