We’ve partnered with Truvi / Know Your Guest to ensure a safe experience for you and all our guests. Rest assured, your data is secure with them.

Before your stay, kindly complete a quick verification and choose one of these options:

1. Damage Waiver+ transaction fee

2. Security Deposit (refundable):+ transaction fee (takes 5–10 business days to process).

We recommend the damage waiver for worry-free protection.

- The Property has security cameras at entry point as well as in the backyard facing the pool equipment only for insurance purposes.

- Quiet Time Violation Fee: No parties or large gatherings. Guests are expected to respect quiet hours between 10pm - 7am at all times. Any disturbances resulting in complaints from neighbors or violating the quiet hours will incur a Quiet Time Violation Fee.

- Nightly Rate for Spa Heating
- When you pay for spa heating temperature can reach temperature of 100 degrees
- Spa hours from 6 pm to 10 pm.
- We kindly request to notify us within 24 hours prior to arrival, if last minute and will need heating please keep in mind that it may take some time for spa to warm up and reach the desired temperature.
- Pool and spa lights will automatically turn on at 6:00 PM

- Please refrain from touching the pool equipment or valves under any circumstances because it`s very sensitive. A fee will be applied.

- The city`s trash and recyclable pickup is scheduled for every Thursda. We kindly request that you place the bins on the street on Sunday if possible. However, please also note that we have a third-party service to handle this task and return the bins the following day. Thank you for your cooperation.

- If you need any clarification please feel free to ask. This is how the pool system is set up.

- We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.

- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.

**SINK: Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging. Violation fee.

- Please avoid overloading the washer and dryer to ensure proper functionality and prevent damage during use. Instead, start a load of towels. Additionally, do not use the steam function in the dryer.

- Please do not undo/remove the beddings when you check out.

- This house may have a BBQ grill, and the cleaners brush the grate/coils of the grill. However, it is not deep cleaned for every arriving guest. If you plan to use the grill, please use the provided brush. If it`s missing, kindly purchase one from the store, and we will reimburse you. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one.

***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***
- Extra Cleaning Fee: Guests are responsible for maintaining the property`s cleanliness during their stay. Failure to leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon checkout will result in a Extra Cleaning Charges.

- Late check-out fee for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.

- All guests are required to deflate any inflatable floaties, toys, or pool accessories they bring before leaving the premises. This ensures that the area remains tidy and free of clutter.

- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.
