4 bedroom 2.5 bath home comes with a kitchen fully stocked with supplies to last during your stay. There is a full size washer & dryer, parking for up to 6 vehicles, bbq grill, fire pit, games, and private pool (heated for fee). It's walking distance, being only 1 mile from State Farm Stadium and Westgate Entertainment District, 2 miles from Desert Diamond Casino, 5 miles from Park West District in Peoria, and 10 miles from Peoria Sport Complex. Car for rent also available! Pets are accepted upon approval. Please message us prior to booking if you will be traveling with a pet.

Excellent property!

This is our 3rd year staying at this house for Thanksgiving and everything was great! The kitchen is well stocked so I am able to make a Thanksgiving meal effortlessly. I definitely recommend staying here!

Truly a "Home" away!

Our stay at this home was immaculate! From check in to check out, we absolutely enjoyed every moment in the home. The home was very clean, spacious, cozy and made you feel welcomed. The owners were responsive and made everything simple for the stay.. We will definitely be renting this home again!

Lovely Space in Glendale!

8 adults spent three nights very comfortably here. Nice amenities, easy communication with owner. I would only caution that the bedroom with the twin beds has NO DOOR. Otherwise, this place is perfect!

This property was the perfect accommodation for our family. It had all that we could wish for and was very comfortable. I would totally recommend this home to others!

Great location

Great location, lots of room, quite neighborhood. Host had snacks, coffee, laundry soap and much more waiting for us. It helped so we didn’t have to run to the store right away. I would rent there again!

Graduation stay

We stayed in Glendale for my graduation. The property is beautiful and I was at ease because i was able to bring my dogs. The property is in the very best location and i was about to get the arena in 3 minutes. The pictures do not do the home justice, it is lovely and clean. The host was so helpful and responsive. I would stay here again.

Perfect, would absolutly stay there again!

This home was clean and so accomodating for my husband, myself, 3 kids and 2 sets of Grandparents who came to AZ for our daughter's college graduation. It was very spacious which allowed for great, memory making times together. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked which made it so nice for cooking for our large group. The only drawback was there was no door on the room with the twin beds which is right off the living room. A barn door or something to provide a noise barrier and privacy would be ideal. Still, we made it work and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Awesome Spring Training Vacation!

This property is beautiful and well maintained! Communication with Jene was timely and very helpful. I asked if they had a basketball to use on the common grounds basketball court. She said they didn't but when I arrived there was a brand new basketball waiting for us! That was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this property for anyone needing a bedroom for three couples. We were a little surprised that the fourth bedroom did not have a door or a closet and it was quite small for four beds but we made it work. Aside from the fourth bedroom, everything exceeded our expectations. There is a charge to heat the pool so if you feel you may want to heat it, make sure you understand the charges in advance. All things considered, we highly recommend this property as it is gorgeous, you wont be disappointed!
