Fully equipped kitchen: stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, coffee/tea station
Cozy living area with comfy seating, smart TV, and high-speed WiFi
Clean, contemporary bathroom(s) stocked with essentials (shampoo, soap, fresh towels)
Dedicated workspace (desk & chair) for remote work
Air conditioning / heating to keep the space comfortable year-round
Washer & dryer available in-unit or on-site
Ample storage, closets, and hanging space
Guest Access & Layout
Guests will have full access to the entire home (unless you choose to block off a room). Private entrance. Free parking is available (specify onsite parking, garage, or street).

Housekeeping — The unit is professionally cleaned before each stay. Guests are responsible for maintaining the space during their visit. Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request.
Utilities — Utilities are included up to a reasonable monthly cap (e.g., $300 for electricity and $200 for water) to encourage mindful usage. Any overage will be billed separately.
Parking — Street parking is available and typically easy to find near the property (update if you have dedicated or gated parking).
