No Parties or Events — Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

Housekeeping — The unit is professionally cleaned before each stay. Guests are responsible for maintaining the space during their visit. Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request.

Utilities — Utilities are included up to a reasonable monthly cap (e.g., $300 for electricity and $200 for water) to encourage mindful usage. Any overage will be billed separately.

Parking — Street parking is available and typically easy to find near the property (update if you have dedicated or gated parking).

House Rules Welcome! Please help us keep our home comfortable and enjoyable for all guests. No smoking indoors – Smoking is only allowed outside. $250 cleaning fee for violations. No parties or events – Unauthorized gatherings will result in a $500 fine and possible removal from the property. Do not tamper with the security/alarm system – Disabling or damaging it will incur a $500 fine. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. Pets allowed with prior approval. Treat the home with care—please leave it as you found it.
