? This property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (Adults), but we are happy to consider hosting up to 10 guests (8 Adults and 2 Kids) if needed.

? This property may have regular maintenance (e.g., lawn, pool, pest control) during your stay. If you'd prefer no service during your visit, just let us know in advance.

? Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with Pack ’n Play and/or high chair available upon request. Fees may apply upon the host's discretion.

? Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home.
? We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.

? Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.

? To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we perform weekly pest control to keep no-see-ums, mosquitoes, and other insects to a minimum. Florida’s warm, tropical environment can occasionally attract pests, but rest assured, we do everything we can to ensure your stay is enjoyable and relaxing. We’re thrilled to host you and can’t wait for you to create wonderful memories here!

✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.

✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
